    摘要:

    推动农业高质量发展与农业科技创新能力的双向互动,是实现二者协调发展的必经之路。运用熵值法和耦合协调模型,对黑龙江省2018年农业高质量发展与农业科技创新能力耦合协调水平进行研究。结果表明:从整体来看,全省农业高质量发展和农业科技创新能力的耦合度表现良好但处于濒临失调阶段,其中农业科技创新能力发展水平明显滞后,两系统处于一种虚假耦合状态;从市域角度来看,各市农业高质量发展与农业科技创新能力的综合发展水平、耦合度、协调发展度呈现出“西南高、东北低”的空间分布格局。为此,提出黑龙江省应进一步认清农业高质量发展实质、统筹农业科技创新地理布局、找准农业产业融合发展的切入点以及加强农业科技创新等对策建议。

    Abstract:

    Promoting the two-way interaction between high quality agricultural development and agricultural science and technology innovation ability is the only way to realize their coordinated development.Using entropy method and coupling coordination model, the coupling coordination level of agricultural high-quality development and agricultural science and technology innovation ability in Heilongjiang Province in 2018 was studied.The results show that the coupling degree between the high quality development of agriculture and the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology in the whole province is good but on the brink of imbalance stage. The development level of the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology lags behind obviously, and the two systems are in a false coupling state.From the perspective of cities, the comprehensive development level, coupling degree and coordinated development degree of high quality agricultural development and agricultural science and technology innovation ability of cities showed a spatial distribution pattern of "high in the southwest and low in the northeast".Therefore, it is suggested that Heilongjiang Province should further recognize the essence of high-quality agricultural development, coordinate the geographical distribution of agricultural science and technology innovation, identify the entry point of integrated development of agricultural industry, and strengthen agricultural science and technology innovation.
