Abstract:As a "soft environment" for enterprise innovation activities, innovation climate has an important influence on dual organization learning and innovation performance. Targeting high-tech companies, based on a large sample questionnaire data, this paper uses the structural equation model to empirically study the relationship among enterprise innovation climate, dual organization learning and innovation performance, and focuses on the mediating of dual organization learning and the moderating of environmental dynamics. The results show that innovation climate plays a key positive role in innovation performance, and dual organization learning plays a whole mediating role between innovation climate and innovation performance; environmental dynamics negatively influences on innovation performance, but the moderating effect between innovation climate and innovation performance is non-significant. The results not only provide important theoretical implications for the in-depth research on enterprise innovation climate and dual organization learning, but also have important realistic guiding significance for Chinese enterprises to attach importance to their innovation climate and dual organization learning in management practices.
