Abstract:In this paper, based on the center-hinterland mode view, the Data Envelopment Method (DEA) is used to measure the performance level of scientific and technical collaboration innovation between the provinces and autonomous regions of coal resources gathering area, which is composed of Shanxi-Shaanxi-Henan-Hebei and Inner Mongolia. The results show that the scientific and technological collaboration innovation performance of Shanxi and the three provinces as Henan, Hebei and Inner Mongolia is relatively imperfect, the scientific and technical collaboration innovation performance of Shanxi and Shananxi is high, and the cooperative ratio of input and output is relatively good. Taiyuan and Xi "an, which have gathered main scientific and technological resources in the province, have great potential in the formation of central-hinterland mode science and technology collaboration innovation relations. In the future, it is possible to form the situation that science and technology resources centered on Xi"an can spread to cities in Shanxi Province .Therefore, it is suggested that Shanxi should take the initiative to undertake the science and technology radiation from Shaanxi Province .
