The venture fund guiding by government is an important measure to promote the development of a country"s venture investment and technological innovation .At the same time, It can play a leverage role of financial capital through theSprofessional financial institutions’ operation. Therefore, in the process of the establishment of the venture fund guided by government ,we tend to choose the right management institutions to operate management work. This paper concentrates on the problem of the venture fund guided by government selection. It make a comprehensive evaluation for management institutions , including banks, trust companies, guarantee agencies, financial leasing companies, by designing 4 aspects and 18 concrete evaluation index and using Interval value of multiple attribute decision making method. The using of interval value method not only can solve the uncertainty of the assignment with qualitative index , but also can adjust the index weight dynamically according to the actual situation of evaluation objects by using the principle of maximum deviation. This method has better applicability.
