| Based on the construction of evaluation system for Chinese Journal of Burns, we discussed a series of issues on the system of journals members, such as formulating assessment table of member of editorial committee and analyzing reason, establishing assessment of member of the standing committee of journal, establishing rewards and punishment system, discovering the talents for next editorial committee. We think it is necessary to establish evaluation system of member of editorial committee for better development of journal. |
