| To let the editorial work of medical journals really become a high professional career of both professional skills and social responsibility, it needs a kind of special professional spirit for medical journal editors. In practice, the professional spirit urge the editors to master the professional knowledge, to grasp the research frontiers, to attract and edit the papers more initiatively, and have a strong sense of social responsibility ,etc. |
