Abstract:This paper reviews the literature on the mechanism of organizational support climate at home and abroad. Firstly, the concept and structural dimensions of organizational support climate are defined from the perspective of individual perception and collective perception of group members. Then, the antecedent variables of organizational support climate such as leadership factors, organizational factors and individual factors are reviewed. At the same time, the main effect model, buffer effect model and moderating effect model are used to explore the outcome variables of organizational support climate and the moderating effect of organizational support climate. Finally, the mechanism of organizational support climate is summarized. It is also proposed that the mediated moderating effect and moderated mediating effect of organizational support climate, and the innovation of research methods such as combining configuration perspective and qualitative comparative analysis method will be an important direction for future research on organizational support climate.
