In the perspective of stakeholder theory, we will define the transgenic technology application stakeholders in China, and systematically analyze the interest relationship among the government, biotechnology companies, producers and sellers of gm products, genetically modified (gm) crops farmers, consumers, scientists, and social organizations; Finally, we will put forward some advices on how to coordinate and balance the interest relationship of the stakeholders.
