In view of the problems of uncoordinated standard information, low transmission efficiency and inadequate supervision in the process of industrial chain transformation and upgrading. This paper constructs a product standard chain based on blockchain and designs a double-chain system with the standard chain as the main chain and the enterprise chain as the side chain. The system adopts the trusted proof-of-stake (DPOS) consensus mechanism of credit points and introduces the logical framework of centralized supervision mechanism. The standard chain system based on blockchain technology can weaken the information asymmetry of product standards and realize the efficient transmission, matching and sharing of standard information among enterprises. It has important theoretical and practical significance for the upgrading of science and technology enabled industries.
