Inclusive innovation is to promote economic development outcomes benefiting society most people"s engines, which is an important means to achieve economic, social and ecological sustainability. Inclusive innovation and scientific development, harmonious development and innovation-driven development are the same strain. So, how to drive inclusive innovation has become a hot issue innovative research. Based on a literature review of Inclusive Innovation, We define the concept and characteristics of inclusive innovation and summarize the difference of the elite inclusive innovation and innovation; then systematically comments on the related research from the five perspectives of from a business model, corporate social responsibility, strategic management, factors, Impact significance; Finally it points out the directions in future research in view of the problems existing in current research.
