| 置身于信息时代,信息资源已成为园区经济的生命线,如何避免因信息管理落后而沦为边缘园区(MarginalityPark),如何在日趋激烈的竞争中获得主动权,如何在信息化推动工业化的跨越式发展的同时获取园区竞争的新优势,成为摆在园区管理者面前的紧迫课题。本文从国内外园区信息化建设的背景起笔,在分析有关园区信息管理创新案例的基础上,提出了园区信息管理创新的"数字园区信息圈"和Web GIS、Web MIS数字园区技术解决方案。 |

| The information resource has been a lifeline for the economic parks in the Information Age. The managers of economic parks are facing pressing problems, such as how to keep away from being Marginality Park shaped by the outdated information management, how to seize the initiative in increasing competitions and how to gain more advantages while the great-leap-forward development of industrialization being propelled by the IT industry. Begin with the home and overseas background of Informatization construction of economic parks, and based on the analysis of innovative information management cases in related economic parks, the authors put forward some innovative ideas for information management in parks, including Digital Park Information Zero, the technical solution of digital park with Web-GIS and Web-MIS. |
