Abstract:Based on the mixed cross-section data of China's agricultural enterprises in 2009-2017, this paper constructs the SSBM-network DEA model to measure the conversion efficiency of its scientific and technological achievements, and on this basis, it explores its evolution trend and convergence from a time-space perspective. The conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) Only a few agricultural enterprises have achieved a conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of more than one, and the average efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural enterprises is 0.421, and the efficiency loss is more serious; the conversion efficiency of agricultural enterprises' scientific and technological achievements is concentrated in [0.300 In the interval of 0.500], there are fewer agricultural enterprises with higher conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements than 0.500. (2) From the perspective of time trend, the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural enterprises shows an increasing trend as a whole, but there is a strong economic short-wave phenomenon. The transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural enterprises is greatly affected by policies. (3) From the perspective of space trends, the conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural enterprises in the central region is the highest, followed by the western region and the eastern region, and there is no significant difference between the conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural enterprises in the three regions. Eastern and western agricultural enterprises The efficiency of scientific and technological achievements has been catching up with the agricultural enterprises in the central region, and the three regions have shown steady growth. Based on this, this paper proposes that the government should give full play to the government's legal norms, formulate positive effects, and coordinate regional economic development levels.
