通过文献资料法、数理统计法、访谈法等方法，以全运会上海代表团的成绩为基础（尤其是上海在近3届全运会上的成绩），对上海引进运动员的现状进行综合分析，从而进一步分析上海引进运动员的利与弊，并提出思考和建议。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study, statistics and interview, the paper makes a comprehensive study on the status quo of introducing elite athletes into Shanghai, based on the results of Shanghai delegations at the previous National Games, especially the past three national Games. It further discusses the advantages and disadvantages of introducing athletes into Shanghai. Suggestions are put forward.
