In order to deeply understand the significant influencing factors that affect the acceptance and adoption of industrial Internet platforms by manufacturing enterprises, based on the theory of technology acceptance and adoption (UTAUT), and introduce value co-creation theory and perceived risk theory, construct a theoretical model of factors affecting the willingness to use industrial Internet platforms. Taking 245 questionnaire survey data from manufacturing companies in the Pearl River Delta region as the research sample, the structural equation model is used for empirical analysis. Empirical results show that, performance expectation, social impact and value co-creation function have significant positive effects on the intention to use industrial internet platform of enterprises, while perceived risk has significant negative effects on the intention to use industrial internet platform of enterprises, convenience and effort expectation have no significant impact on the intention to use industrial internet platform of enterprises.
