| 摘要: |
| 采用文献资料、实地调查、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法，以广东、甘肃、上海、浙江、山东、广西等六省份实地调研资料为基础，对新时代我国体教融合问题进行研究。指出，体教融合是六省份在实施《青少年体育“十三五”发展规划》过程中值得关注和亟待解决的问题，而体教融合最核心的问题是构建政府主导、部门协同、多元参与的青少年体育发展格局。进一步细致分析体教融合的具体问题发现，运动员文化教育问题依然值得高度重视；学训矛盾依然存在，赛制改革亟待进行；体校建设是体教融合的重要着力点。最后结合上海、山东和浙江的经验做法，从理念目的的融合、体制机制的融合、资源措施的融合三个方面，对新时期体教融合问题提出建议，旨在促进青少年全面健康发展，为竞技体育后备人才培养打牢基础。 |

| The Present Situation, Problems, Suggestions of Integration of Sports and Education in China in the New Era——Analysis and Reflection on the Investigation from Six Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Cities |

| Based on the field survey data of Guangdong, Gansu, Shanghai, Zhejiang,Shandong and Guangxi, this paper studies the integration of sports and education in China in the new era adopting the methods of literature, field survey, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. It is pointed out that the integration of sports and education is a problem worthy of attention and urgent to be solved in the process of implementing The 13th Five Year Plan for the Development of Youth Sports in six provinces. The core problem of the integration of sports and education is to build a youth sports development pattern led by the government, coordinated by departments and participated in by multiple factors.Further detailed analysis of the specific problems of the integration of sports and education found that the cultural education of athletes is still worthy of high attention; the contradiction between learning and training still exists; the reform of competition system needs to be carried out urgently. In addition, the construction of sports school is an important focus of the integration of sports and education.Finally, combined with the experience of Shanghai, Shandong and Zhejiang, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the integration of sports and education in the new era from three aspects: the integration of concept and purpose, system and mechanism, resources and measures. It aims to promote an allround and healthy development of the youth and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports. |
