| 对于科技论文的学术不端有检测、惩治和教育几个环节。针对不同的作者,编辑应采取相应的学术不端教育策略:高职称、高学历作者——润物无声式；在读研究生作者——柔中带刚式；女性、35 岁以下、低学历者和低职称作者——谆谆教诲式。这对编辑自身的素质也有一定的要求。 |

| Detection, punishment and correction are three major steps to prevent academic misconduct in scientific papers. For different authors, editors should take varing strategies to correct the misconduct, which also requires the editors to enhance their own academic competence. |
