      为探索科技期刊集群化运营模式,以中国煤炭学会煤炭领域精品科技期刊刊群建设实践为例,介绍了煤炭领域科技期刊的基本情况,阐述了当前刊群建设的主要进展:设立了期刊出版部、学术期刊工作委员会和新媒体事业部;推动建设了行业第一个期刊集群化数字出版平台——中国煤炭行业知识服务平台。并详细阐述了主要建设成果和下一步的工作思路:实施“煤炭精品期刊建设工程”,增强行业期刊凝聚力;加大“煤炭领域精品科技期刊刊群”新刊吸纳力度,扩大刊群规模;加大“中国煤炭行业知识服务平台”创新力度,推动期刊由信息服务向知识服务转型;打造共同发展、合作共赢的集群运营模式,以期建立起一套与“煤炭领域精品科技期刊刊群”发展相适应的集群运营模式、管理机制和实施路径。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the clustering operation mode of STM journals, taking the construction practice of STM journals group of China Coal Society in coal field as an example, this paper introduces the basic situation of STM journals in coal field, and expounds the updated progress of the construction of STM journals group in coal field:establishing the journal publishing department, the academic journal working committee and the new media business department; promoting the construction of China Coal Industry Knowledge Service Platform, the first journal clustering digital publishing platform in coal field. The achievements and next step of work ideas have been elaborated:implementing “High-quality Journal Construction Project in Coal Field”; enhancing the cohesiveness of coal industry journals; intensifying the absorption of new journals of “High-quality Journal Group in Coal Field” to expand the scale of the group; strengthening the innovation of China Coal Industry Knowledge Service Platform to promote the transformation of journals from information service to knowledge service; creating a clustering operation mode of common development and win-win cooperation, with a view to establishing a set of clustering operation mode, management mechanism and implementation path compatible with the development of “High-quality Journal Group in Coal Field”.
