| 摘 要： | 高校学术期刊是我国期刊群体的重要组成部分，是学术内容的重要“供给方”，但以供给侧改革的视角看，其供给与社会需求之间出现了某种偏离。在新的时代要求下，高校学术期刊应进一步明确自身定位，联通“学术圈”与“社会圈”，以明确内容供给的方向，主动对接国家、社会的需求，发挥学术期刊的“智库”功能。

| Abstract: | University-based academic journals, an important part of journals in China, are major suppliers of academic literature. However, there exists a mismatch between this supply and social demand from the perspective of the supply-side reform. This article assumed that university journals could have clear-cut orientations of academic supply and establish a closer link between academic and social circles, so that they could meet the demands of the state and the society as a think tank |
