体育教师职业责任及其培养路径研究

摘    要:采用访谈和问卷调查等方法,从体育教师职业责任意识、责任行为、责任能力、责任制度、责任成果方面进行调查分析,并分析影响体育教师职业责任的影响因素,进而提出体育教师职业责任培养路径。其结论为:体育教师职业责任的五个维度存在着若干问题,个人、学校与社会因素均会影响体育教师的职业责任,然而可以通过相应的培养路径以提高体育教师的责任感。

Abstract:This paper used a means of questionnaire and interview to investigate PE teachers’ responsibility consciousness, responsibility behavior, responsibility capacity, liability system and achievement, and factors in PE teachers’ responsibility, to explore PE teachers training path. It concluded that there exist disparities in five dimensions of PE teachers’ professional responsibility to be involved in personal, academic and social factors. This finding helps the exploration of a practical training path to enhancing the sense of PE teachers’ professional responsibility.
