| 摘 要： | 分析认为,2005～2008年健美操竞赛规则更加注重集体项目整体的一致性.6人项目要求队形画面的对称、均衡、同步与配合动作的巧妙组合,以及整套动作托举、造型的独特性和创造性.因此,合作创新是6人项目的灵魂.

| Abstract: | Analysis of the rules of the aerobic competitions from 2005 to 2008 showed the consistency of the team item was more emphasized. The six-people team item required symmetry and balance of the team, the ingenious combination of the cooperative actions, the distinctiveness and creativity of the holding and modeling. Therefore, creative cooperation is the soul for six-people team item. |
