| 摘 要： | 文明城市创建是一个动态的、长期的过程.惠州在创建全国文明城市过程中积累了许多宝贵经验,要巩固提升创建成果,必须认真总结经验,进一步建立健全文明城市建设的长效机制,主要是科学发展的体制机制、健全的领导机制和责任制度、完善的宣传教育机制、可持续的动力机制和有效的监督约束机制.要以更开阔的全球视野不断升华惠民之州,不断提升惠州城市文明程度. |
