| 摘 要： | 技术标准联盟的治理结构是一种准市场式的契约型治理结构,这种治理结构比准企业式的合资型治理结构更能节省交易成本、使组织租金最大化以及保持组织的灵活性。技术标准联盟治理就是在这种治理结构的基础上,通过联盟各企业的谈判力进行组织租金的优化配置,在组织租金优化配置的过程中协调联盟各企业间的权责关系,以实现联盟各企业和联盟的价值最大化,从而最终维护联盟各利益相关者的权益。

| Abstract: | The governance structure of technology standard consortium actually is a quasi-market contractual governance structure.The governance structure is more fit for saving transaction cost,maximizing organizational rent and keep organization flexibility.The configuration of organization rent is optimized by the bargaining power of the enterprises in the consortium.In this process the power and responsibility of the enterprises in the consortium is harmonized,which can make the value maximum for consortium and enterprises in consortium.Finally,the rights and interests of all stakeholders in the consortium can be guaranteed. |
