| 摘 要： | 利用全球价值链升级理论,在系统界定加工贸易升级内涵的基础上,依据问卷调查结果和相关统计资料,从工艺升级、产品升级、功能升级、关联与外溢效应升级等方面对中国加工贸易升级现状和原因进行了分析.结果表明,总体上看中国加工贸易已经形成了比较好的升级态势,但由于自主研发和技术吸收能力较低而面临功能升级的"天花板",在国内中小加工贸易企业中也存在"功能锁定"现象.最后提出进一步升级的相关建议.
