| 摘 要： | 运用“高校教师工作压力调查量表”和“症状自评量表（SCL-90）”调查浙江省部分高校体育教师的工作压力和心理健康状况,并进行相关分析.结果表明,教师的工作压力主要来自职业声望压力、工作负担压力和职业发展压力;5～9年教龄组和10～19年教龄组教师的工作压力和SCL-90因子得分大于其他组别;工作压力因子总分与SCL-90因子总分和5个主要因子呈显著性的正相关.

| Abstract: | University Teacher Work Pressure Investigation Scale and Symptom Checklist'90(SCL-90) were adopted to study the work pressure and mental health condition of university P.E.teachers in some of the institutes and universities in Zhejiang province.It was revealed that their work pressure mainly came from the professional prestige,workload and professional development.Teachers having worked between five to nine years and those between ten to nineteen years had more work pressure than other teachers.Their work pressure total scores were closely related to the SCL-90 total scores and five major factors.Different work pressure factors were not related to the SCL-90 factors. |
