| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】"互联网+"背景下,关乎企业情报的风险识别与竞争情报预警工作需要在"互联网+"思维指导下进行创新变革。此举对企业发展尤其是高死亡率的新创企业生存具有重要的现实意义。【方法/过程】充分结合"互联网+"思维表现形式,在确定新创企业风险类型与风险监测指标的基础上,探讨竞争情报预警的数据收集、数据整合、数据处理与情报预警四部分工作内容的实现。【结果/结论】重新定义新创企业在"互联网+"思维下的风险类型,实现竞争情报预警流程,为新创企业开展预警工作提供有效借鉴。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】Under the background of "Internet +", risk identification and early warning of competitive intelligence for enterprise intelligence need to be innovated under the guidance of "Internet +" thinking. This is of great practical significance for the development of enterprises, especially for the survival of high-mortality start-ups.【Method/process】With the "Internet +" thinking expression form, and based on identifying the risk types and risk monitoring indicators of new ventures, this paper discusses the realization of four parts of data collection, data integration, data processing and intelligence warning in the early warning of competitive intelligence..【Result/conclusion】Redefining the risk types of new ventures under the "Internet +" thinking, and realizing the early warning process of competitive intelligence, so as to provide effective reference for new ventures to carry out early warning work. |
