| 摘 要： | 京津冀协同发展国家战略的实施,为河北省少数民族体育产业提供了良好的发展契机.梳理河北省少数民族体育项目和产业发展现状,认为河北省的少数民族体育产业虽然取得了一定成绩,但还存在与京津联系不足、借力不够,社会认知度低、项目普及度不理想,缺乏与相关产业的融合发展,少数民族体育专业人才匮乏等问题.指出,应该加强政策扶持和模式创新;加强人力资源队伍建设;加强项目传承与保护,推动其产业化发展;加大市场宣传和营销力度.旨在进一步提高河北省少数民族体育产业的发展水平.

| Abstract: | The implementation of the national strategy for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has created a historical opportunity for the development of the sports industry of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province.After stating the status of sports events and industrial development of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province, it is noted that the sports industry of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province has made certain achievements, but it still has such problems as insufficient contact with Beijing and Tianjin ,Lack of support from Beijing and Tianjin,low social awareness, poor event popularity, lack of integration with related industries, lack of sports professionals for ethnic minorities in Hebei Province.It is pointed out that we should increase policy support and model innovation;strengthen the construction of human resources team;strengthen heritage and protection of the sport events, promote its industrial development;increase market publicity and marketing efforts.This study aims at further improving the level of development of sports industry of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province. |
