| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和问卷调查等方法，对东北地区10余个少数民族的传统体育项目进行分析。结果表明：少数民族地区由于受到地理环境和人文环境因素的影响，其传统体育具有竞技性、生产性和娱乐性等特点。民族传统体育项目在产生和发展过程中与人们的生产、生活密切相关，传统体育项目仍是少数民族地区人们健身、娱乐和促进生产的有效手段。充分利用这一财富，对全民健身活动的开展具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | The mathematical analysis of the national traditional sports events in Northeast China was made.It was shown that influenced by the geographical and the cultural environment,sports events popular in the regions inhabited by the minority people were developed from people's production,mainly for entertainment and competition.These events were closely related to people's work and life.They were important ways for the people's bodybuilding and entertainment,which could the promote people's productivity. |
