| 摘 要： | 现代生物技术研发具有高度不确定性和高风险的突出特征,提高和保持研发柔性是生物技术企业的必然选择。本文首先分析研发柔性的内涵,结合现代生物技术研发的特点,着重研究了提高和保持其研发柔性的具体途径和措施。

| Abstract: | The essence character of modern biotechnology R&D is great uncertainty and high risk,improving and maintening R&D flexibility is critical to biotechnology enterprises.The meaning of R&D flexibility was discussed in this paper firstly,then,approach and measures of improving and maintening the R&D flexibility of modern biotechnology was studied based on the characteristic of its R&D phase. |
