| 摘 要： | 单个企业在与技术联盟进行技术创新的竞争中往往处于不利地位。从技术能力和善意两个维度分析了企业如何获取联盟的信任,从而加入技术联盟分享其创新优势。研究结果表明:企业需要向联盟投入一定的资源表达诚意,建立善意信任;而过多资源投入可能影响企业本身技术创新能力成长,降低联盟对其能力的信任。在避免大量资源投入的情况下,适当延长投入时间,既不影响企业技术创新能力成长,又能获得联盟对其信任的增加。

| Abstract: | A single enterprise compared with a technical alliance is usually at a disadvantage for carrying on technological innovation.In terms of technical ability and good intention,Strategy of acquiring the alliance's trust and joining in the technical alliance to share its innovation superiority for a single enterprise is analyzed.The findings indicate: the single enterprise needs to input certain resources into the alliance for expressing sincerity,but the excessive resource input can decrease the growth of the ... |
