| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】以工业互联网平台为背景，研究平台主体间知识复用的作用过程，为促进企业创新提供新视
角。【方法/过程】以知识管理理论为基础，构建基于工业互联网平台的知识复用过程模型，明确知识复用机理，并提
出知识复用保障措施。【结果/结论】基于工业互联网平台的企业间知识复用分为知识地图构建、知识需求检索、平
台知识交易与用户知识应用4个阶段，其中知识交易是平台知识向企业知识转移的关键阶段，知识复制应用是企业
降本增效与创新实现的重要环节。【创新/局限】探究了工业互联网平台情境下的知识复用机理，丰富了知识管理理
论的应用场景，但由于机理模型构建偏重于理论探索，实证量化分析方面尚存不足。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】Taking industrial Internet platform as the background, this paper studies the function process of knowledge reuse among platform subjects, so as to provide a new perspective for promoting enterprise innovation.【Method/process】Based on the knowledge management theory, the knowledge reuse process model based on the industrial Internet platform was constructed, the knowledge reuse mechanism was clarified, and the guarantee measures of knowledge reuse were put forward.【Result/conclusion】Knowledge reuse between enterprises based on Industrial Internet platform including four main stages: building knowledge map, knowledge demand retrieval, knowledge trading on platform and user knowledge application, among them knowledge trading is the key stage of the enterprise knowledge transfer on platform, knowledge copy and application is important to realize the enterprise efficiency and innovation.【Innovation/limitation】The paper explored the mechanism of knowledge reuse in the industrial internet platform, and enriched the application scenarios of knowledge management theory. However, due to the emphasis on theoretical exploration in the construction of mechanism model, empirical quantitative analysis is still insufficient. |
