| 摘 要： | 本文对23届奥运会12名世界级女子跳远运动员进行了研究，结果表明：跳运成绩存在最大值关系，因此，在跳运成绩达到最大值时，垂直速度和高板角增到最佳值并能使远度达到最远后，垂直速度和高板角存度增加，必然会使远度减少(见图2)．作者认为：教练员在训练中要严格掌握垂直速度的增值与最大运度的变化规律，并尽量使垂直速度和腾起角向最佳值靠拢．
