| Abstract: | In the face of the quality of journals of universities improve increasingly all over the country,the journals of local universities should make use of locality superiority to set up their own special academic elegance and serve for the development of local economy and culture.Only by training a troop of authors of high quality and improving the abilities of editorial stall and so on,can the journal of local university exist and develop in the fierce competition of so many master players. |
