在pH=8.89,NH3·H2O—NH4Cl底液中,用单扫描示波极谱法,进行常规极谱测定,锌在-1.33V(vs.SCE)产生一尖锐灵敏的极谱波,峰电流与锌的浓度在2.0×10-6mol·L-1～7.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-6mol·L-1.线性回归方程为Ip=18.12x+226.5,x为锌的浓度,相关系数r=0.9991。测定金施尔康中锌的标准加入回收率可达98.8%～101.1%,结果令人满意。 相似文献

在0.05MHCl（pH=1.70）底液中，用单扫示波极谱法可以得到一个灵敏的美洛昔康导数还原峰，其峰电位为Ep=－1.05V（vs.SCE）．导数峰电流与美洛昔康浓度在1×10-7mol/L~9×10-6mol/L（其线性相关系数r = 0.9992）范围内呈现良好的线性关系，美洛昔康的检出限可达 5.0×10-8mol/ L．该法可用于模拟尿样的测定. 相似文献

在0 01mol·L-1H2SO4介质中,铬(Ⅵ)对溴酸钾氧化甲基橙的反应具有强烈的催化作用,甲基橙于-0 59V处产生一灵敏的导数极谱波,以极谱法测定催化反应过程中甲基橙浓度的变化,建立了测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的催化动力学新方法。该方法的线性范围为8 0×10-4～3 6×10-2mg·L-1,检出限为1 25×10-7mg·L-1,应用于电镀废水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果令人满意。 相似文献

利用K2S2O8存在下槲皮素于-1.38V(vs.SCE)产生的极谱催化波,拟定了测定槲皮素的新方法。在0.02mol/L酒石酸-酒石酸钠(pH2.7)-1.0×10-2mol/LK2S2O8底液中,槲皮素催化波的峰电位为-1.38V(vs.SCE),其二阶导数峰电流与槲皮素浓度在1.0×10-7～2.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9984,n=6)。4.0×10-7mol/L槲皮素催化波的峰电流约为相应还原波峰电流的50倍。应用本方法直接测定良姜中的槲皮素,结果令人满意。 相似文献

提出了平行催化氢波测定萘普生的新方法.在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH6.24±0.1)支持电解质中,萘普生产生一催化氢波,峰电位Ep=-1.36V(vs.SCE).加入K2SO8后,该催化氢波被催化,峰电流增加约20倍,峰电位基本不变,产生一较灵敏的平行催化氢波.其二阶导数峰峰电流ip″与萘普生浓度在1.0×10-7~3.2×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9992,n=8),检出限为5.0×10-8mol.L-1.该方法可用于药物制剂中萘普生含量的测定. 相似文献

报道了一种灵敏测定盐酸克林霉素的电化学方法。在0.1mol·L-1甘氨酸-氯化钠-氢氧化钠介质中,盐酸克林霉素产生一灵敏的吸附波,峰电流(Ep=-1.35V/vs.Ag-AgCl电极)与其浓度在2×10-7～4×10-5mol·L-1范围呈线性关系。利用本法对原料药及胶囊剂样品含量进行了测定,获满意结果。 相似文献

研究了槲皮素在多壁炭纳米管修饰电极上的伏安行为 ,其结果表明 ,在 0 .1mol·L- 1 磷酸盐介质 ( pH =5 .0 )中 ,该修饰电极对槲皮素产生较强的吸附催化作用 ,催化电流 (Ep =0 .2 6V ,vs .SCE)与槲皮素在浓度为 1 .0× 1 0 - 7mol·L- 1 ～ 6.0× 1 0 - 5mol·L- 1 范围内呈线性关系。本法用于芦丁水解产物的测定 ,效果良好。 相似文献

在溶液的pH为6.0,均苯三甲酸(TMA)的浓度为2.0×10-4mol·L-1时,Eu3+-TMA体系可使Eu3+的荧光强度增大三个多数量级.光学惰性稀土La3+与Lu3+,在浓度分别为2.0×10-4mol·L-1、1.5×10-4mol·L-1时,可使Eu3+-TMA体系荧光强度分别增大178.1与91.3倍.体系中Eu3+的浓度在4.7×10-8～2.3×10-5mol·L-1的浓度范围内与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系,Eu3+的检出限达到了1.0×10-8mol·L-1.用此优化发光体系研究铕(Ⅲ)在水稻不同生育期被水稻吸收后的分布定位情况.结果表明铕(Ⅲ)进入水稻后与水稻各部位的结合不是随机的,主要是在分蘖期与水稻的叶片结合.为稀土元素在水稻中的代谢研究提供了一种可借鉴的方法与研究手段. 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem.
