"校地合作"模式,有利于厘清学校与地方政府、学校与社会的关系,为学校的发展赢得更大的空间。目前存在的主要问题是地方和高校对创新创业教育认识不到位;创新创业教育顶层设计要求不高,课程体系建设不系统、制度设计不健全;创新创业师资力量保障不足;等等。针对这些问题应将人才培养和地方人才需求进行有机结合,开设与地方社会经济结合紧密的课程,设置高校与地方融合的创业性课程,设置与地方经济社会发展结合紧密的选修课程,培养大学生兴趣和特长;从大学生创新创业的角度,打造特色专业,为地方经济社会发展提供智力支持;构建基于"校地合作"的地方高校创新创业教育课程体系和师资队伍,建设创新创业教育平台,构建基于"校地合作"的创新创业教育评价体系等。 相似文献
