运用《90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)》对中国矿业大学教师的心理健康状况进行调查,通过对调查结果深入分析后发现:高校教师心理健康状况低于全国的成人平均水平,且在性别、婚姻状况、专业、年龄方面高校教师心理健康的差异具有统计学意义。据此,建议高校应采取多种措施提升教师心理健康水平:从高校管理上充分体现人文关怀,为教师提供发展的良性保障;重视教师的心理健康状况,系统开展高校教师的心理健康教育工作;针对不同群体教师开展专题心理辅导;引导教师主动学习心理健康知识,维护自身心理健康。 相似文献
