In this study, the problem of observer-based control for a class of nonlinear systems using Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models is investigated. The observer-based model predictive event-triggered fuzzy reset controller is constructed by a T-S fuzzy state observer, an event-triggered fuzzy reset controller, and a model predictive mechanism. First, the proposed controller utilizes the T-S fuzzy model and is constructed based on state observations and discrete sampling output, which can greatly reduce the occupation of communication resources. Then, the model predictive strategy for reset law design is designed in this paper. With a reasonable reset of the controller state at certain instants, the performance of the reset control systems is improved. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is illustrated by simulation. The merits of the proposed controller in improving transient performance and reducing the communication occupation are demonstrated by comparing its results with the output feedback fuzzy controller and the first-order fuzzy reset controller.  相似文献

This paper addresses the state observation and unknown input estimation of a class of switched linear systems with unknown inputs. This class of systems may have modes in which the state is not fully observable. A state transformation allows implementing two suitable reduced-order observers. The first one, based on second order sliding mode techniques, is proposed to reconstruct the discrete state in the presence of unknown inputs. The second one, based on gathering partial information from individual modes of the switched system and on higher order sliding mode techniques, is introduced to estimate the continuous state. Then, the observer injection signal of the first second order sliding mode observer is used to estimate the unknown inputs. Simulation results highlight the efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper deals with state estimation for a class of Lipschitz nonlinear systems under a time-varying disconnected communication network. A distributed observer consists of some local observers that are connected to each other through a communication network. We consider a situation where a communication network does not remain connected all the time, and the network may be caused by intermittent communication link failure. Moreover, each local observer has access to a local measurement, which may be insufficient to ensure the system’s observability, but the collection of all measurements in the network ensures observability. In this condition, the purpose is to design a distributed observer where the estimated state vectors of all local observers converge to the state vector of the system asymptotically, while local observers exchange estimated state vectors through a communication network and use their local measurements. According to theoretical analysis, a nonlinear and a robust nonlinear distributed observer exist when in addition to the union of all communication topologies being strongly connected during a time interval, the component of each communication graph is also strongly connected during each subinterval. The existence conditions of the distributed observers are derived in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, the effectiveness of the presented method is numerically verified using some simulation examples.  相似文献

This paper aims at the sampled-data control problem for a class of pure-feedback nonlinear systems. A fuzzy state observer is constructed to evaluate the unavailable states. In this process, fuzzy logic systems are applied to approximate the uncertain nonlinear functions. Based on the new designed state observer, a sampled-data control scheme for the pure-feedback nonlinear systems is proposed. The designed sampled-data controller ensures the boundedness of the nonlinear systems. Finally, two numerical examples are used to demonstrate that the proposed method is efficient.  相似文献

This paper deals with the state estimation of nonlinear discrete systems described by a multiple model with unknown inputs. The main goal concerns the simultaneous estimation of the system's state and the unknown inputs. This goal is achieved through the design of a multiple observer based on the elimination of the unknown inputs. It is shown that the observer gains are solutions of a set of linear matrix inequalities. After that, an unknown input estimation method is proposed. An academic example and an application dealing with message decoding illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed multiple observer.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the observer-based fault-tolerant control problem for the discrete-time nonlinear systems with the perturbation and the fault signals. First, the nonlinear term with perturbation is put into the local nonlinear part so that the nonlinear system with perturbation can be described as an interval type-1 (IT1) T-S fuzzy system. Then, based on the unknown input observer technology, the IT1 T-S fuzzy fault estimation (FE) observer scheme is presented to obtain the real-time FE information and decouple the local nonlinear part from the estimation error system, where the design complexity and the computational burden are reduced simultaneously. Second, based on the real-time FE information, an FE-based interval type-2 (IT2) T-S fuzzy fault-tolerant control scheme is presented to achieve the compensation for the influence of the fault signal and the stabilization for the system. Different from the traditional methods, a mixed design scheme, which is based on the IT1 T-S fuzzy fault estimation observer method and the IT2 T-S fuzzy fault-tolerant controller method, is proposed in this paper. This strategy can not only reduce the computational burden, but also obtain a less conservative result. Finally, the effectiveness of the mixed design approach is illustrated by an example.  相似文献

For continuous-time nonlinear systems represented by Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy models, a new H reduced-order-observer based controller synthesis structure is investigated in this paper. By the fuzzy reduced-order observer and fuzzy controller, an augmented error system composed of the estimation and control errors is obtained. The fuzzy modeling residual terms are seen as part of the external disturbance, and an extra design matrix is added to facilitate the design process. The robustness and stability conditions are given based on Lyapunov function approach, then the conditions are transformed into convex form to facilitate the numerical solving process. Finally, by the comparison with existing methods in simulation section, the control performance and conservativeness reduction effects of the proposed methods are verified.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the design of dissipative state observers for a family of time-delay nonlinear systems. The Dissipativity method, proposed by one of the authors for delay-free nonlinear systems, is extended here to a class of time-delay nonlinear systems. The design method consists in decomposing the time-delay estimation error dynamics into a time-delay linear subsystem and a time-varying memoryless nonlinearity, connected in a negative feedback loop. By using some storage functionals, both delay-independent and delay-dependent dissipativity criteria are derived in order to guarantee the exponential convergence property of the observer. The exponential stability of the estimation error is then ensured, assuming that the nonlinearity is dissipative with respect to a quadratic supply rate and the linear part is designed, through the observer gains, to be dissipative with respect to a complementary supply rate. The design conditions are formulated in terms of tractable bilinear (BMI’s) or linear matrix inequalities (LMI’s). An interesting advantage is that the proposed dissipative design extends and generalizes under a unified framework several methods available in the literature, since a wide diversity of nonlinearities can be considered. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust integrated fault estimation (FE) and fault-tolerant control (FTC) for a class of discrete-time networked Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems with two-channel event-triggered schemes, input quantization and incomplete measurements. The incomplete information under consideration includes randomly occurring sensor saturation and randomly occurring quantization. In order to save the limited networked resources, this paper firstly proposed a novel dynamic event-triggered scheme on the sensor side and a static one on the controller side. Secondly, an event-triggered FE observer for the T–S fuzzy model is designed to estimate actuator faults and system states, simultaneously. Then, a specified discrete sliding surface in the state-estimation space is constructed. By using time-delay analysis technique and considering the effects of event-triggered scheme, quantization, networked conditions, actuator fault and external disturbance, the sliding mode dynamics and error dynamics are unified into a new networked time-delay model. Based on this model, sufficient conditions are established such that the resulting augmented fuzzy system is stochastically stable with a prescribed H performance level with a single-step linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation. Furthermore, an observer-based sliding mode controller for reaching motion is synthesized to guarantee the reachability of the sliding surface. Finally, a single-link flexible manipulator example is present to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

An evolutionary programming-based adaptive observer is presented in this paper to improve the performance of state estimation of nonlinear time-varying sampled-data systems. Also, this paper presents a novel state-space adaptive tracker together with the proposed observer and estimation schemes for nonlinear time-varying sampled-data systems having actuator failures. For the class of slowly varying nonlinear time-varying systems, the proposed methodology is able to achieve the desired fault detection and performance recovery for the originally well-designed systems, as long as the controller having the high-gain property. For practical implementation, we utilize the advantages of digital redesign methodology to convert a well-designed high-gain analog controller/observer into its corresponding low-gain digital controller/observer. Illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The developed digitally redesigned adaptive tracker with the proposed observer and estimator is suitable for implementation by using microprocessors.  相似文献

This paper investigates the variable gain impulsive observer design problem for Lipschitz nonlinear systems. It is assumed that the measurements are contaminated by noise and received by observer at aperiodic instants. To establish a tractable design condition for impulsive observers, the piecewise linear interpolation method is used to construct the variable gain function. To quantify the impact of the measurement noises and exogenous disturbance on the estimation error, a Lyapunov-based condition for establishing exponential input-to-state stability (EISS) property of the observation error dynamics is presented. Then it is shown that the EISS condition can be expressed as a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) by introducing a piecewise quadratic Lyapunov function. A convex optimization problem is proposed in which the EISS gain is minimized. Comparisons with the existing methods show the effectiveness of the proposed design technique.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of designing a state observer for a class of nonlinear discrete-time systems using the dissipativity theory. We show that the dissipative observation methodology, originally proposed by one of the authors for continuous-time nonlinear systems, can be extended to the discrete-time case. For constructing a convergent observer, the methodology is applied to the nonlinear estimation error dynamics, which is decomposed into a discrete-time Linear Time-Invariant (LTI) subsystem in the forward loop, connected to a time-varying static nonlinearity in the feedback loop. In order to assure asymptotic stability of the closed-loop, complementary dissipativity conditions are imposed on each of the subsystems: (i) the static nonlinearity is required to be dissipative with respect to a quadratic supply rate, and (ii) the observer gains are designed such that the LTI system is dissipative with respect to a complementary supply rate. As in the continuous time framework, the proposed method includes as special cases, unifies and generalizes some observer design methods proposed previously in the literature. A great advantage of the Dissipative Observer Design Method proposed here is that it leads to Matrix Inequalities for the design of the observer gains, and these can be usually converted into Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMI’s). The results are illustrated using Chua’s Chaotic system.  相似文献

This paper studies the adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant control design problem for a class of stochastic multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems in pure-feedback form. The nonlinear systems under study contain unknown functions, unmeasured states and actuator faults, which are described by the loss of effectiveness and lock-in-place modes. With the help of fuzzy logic systems identifying uncertain stochastic nonlinear systems, a fuzzy state observer is established for estimating the unmeasured states. Based on the backstepping design technique with the nonlinear tolerant-fault control theory, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback faults-tolerant control approach is developed. It is proved that the proposed fault-tolerant control approach can guarantee that all the signals of the resulting closed-loop system are bounded in probability. Moreover, the observer errors and tracking errors can be regulated to a small neighborhood of the origin by choosing design parameters appropriately. A simulation example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this study, the distributed output consensus control issue is investigated for a class of linear cluster multi-agent systems (CMASs) under the control strategy of the reset observer. We consider a communication network consisting of several clusters, each of which is directed and contains a leader. The interactions among agents include continuous-discrete hybrid communication. Specifically, an instantaneous connectivity only exists between the clusters at discrete moments, called the reset time sequence. At the reset time, an instantaneous fixed directed network is formed such that only the leaders will consider the available information of neighboring leaders to reset their own states. During non-reset intervals, only the intra-clusters are connected while the inter-clusters are equivalent to a disconnected network topology. Considering that in practice, the state information may be partially unavailable, only the relative output information is utilized to estimate the unavailable state and thus control protocols are developed with the help of the reset full-order and reduced-order observers, respectively. The stability of the closed-loop CMAS at both the reset time and non-reset intervals is studied based on Lyapunov analysis. The consensus value depends only on the initial conditions and the network topology involved, and not on the reset time sequence. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

A full order fractional-order observer is designed for a class of Lipschitz continuous-time nonlinear fractional-order systems with unknown input. Sufficient conditions of existence for the designed observer and stability of state estimation error system are developed by reconstructing state and using general quadratic Lyapunov function. By applying fractional-order extension of Lyapunov direct method, the stability of the fractional-order state estimation error system is analyzed. Due to the conditions involving a nonlinear matrix inequality, a new sufficient condition with linear matrix inequality (LMI) is reformulated, which makes the full order fractional-order observer implemented easily by using Matlab LMI toolbox. Examples are taken to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach by numerical simulations.  相似文献

The present paper proposes two new schemes of sensor fault estimation for a class of nonlinear systems and investigates their performances by applying these to satellite control systems. Both of the schemes essentially transform the original system into two subsystems (subsystems 1 and 2), where subsystem-1 includes the effects of system uncertainties, but is free from sensor faults and subsystem-2 has sensor faults but without any uncertainties. Sensor faults in subsystem-2 are treated as actuator faults by using integral observer based approach. The effects of system uncertainties in subsystem-1 can be completely eliminated by a sliding mode observer (SMO). In the first scheme, the sensor faults present in subsystem-2 are estimated with arbitrary accuracy using a SMO. In the second scheme, the sensor faults are estimated by designing an adaptive observer (AO). The sufficient condition of stability of the proposed schemes has been derived and expressed as a linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization problem and the design parameters of the observers are determined by using LMI techniques. The effectiveness of the schemes in estimating sensor faults is illustrated by considering an example of a satellite control system. The results of the simulation demonstrate that the proposed schemes can successfully estimate sensor faults even in the presence of system uncertainties.  相似文献

This paper concentrates on proposing a novel finite-time tracking control algorithm for a kind of nonlinear systems with input quantization and unknown control directions. The nonlinear functions in the system are approximated by the means of strong approximation capability of the fuzzy logic systems. Firstly, the nonlinear system with unknown control directions is transformed into an equivalent system with known control gains by coordinate transformation. Secondly, the unknown system states are estimated by a designed fuzzy state observer, and the disturbance observer is constructed to track the external disturbances. The command filtering method is proposed to approach the problem of “explosion of complexity” existed in the conventional backstepping design process. In this system, the difficulties caused by unknown control directions are solved via the Nussbaum gain approach. Finally, based on the fuzzy state observer, the controller of the original system is obtained via using the transformed system by the backstepping method. The boundedness of all signals and the convergence of tracking and observer errors at the origin are ensured for the closed-loop system, and demonstrated by the simulation result in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, an observer-based adaptive control problem for a class of high-order switched nonlinear systems in non-strict feedback form with fuzzy dead zone and arbitrary switchings is investigated. Fuzzy logic system was utilized to model the unknown nonlinear function with the universal approximation ability. An adaptive high-order observer is constructed to estimate unavailable state variables. The effect of dead zone can be eliminated by a Nussbaum function. By using the Lyapunov stability theory and backstepping design procedure, the proposed adaptive controller can guarantee all the variables in the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB). Simulation results are exhibited to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper proposes an observer-based fuzzy adaptive output feedback control scheme for a class of uncertain single-input and single-output (SISO) nonlinear stochastic systems with quantized input signals and arbitrary switchings. The SISO system under consideration contains completely unknown nonlinear functions, unmeasured system states and quantized input signals quantized by a hysteretic quantizer. By adopting a new nonlinear disposal of the quantized input, the relationship between the control input and the quantized input is established. The hysteretic quantizer that we take can effectively avoid the chattering phenomena. Furthermore, the introduction of a linear observer makes the estimation of the states possible. Based on the universal approximation ability of the fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) and backstepping recursive design with the common stochastic Lyapunov function approach, a quantized output feedback control scheme is constructed, where the dynamic surface control (DSC) is explored to alleviate the computation burden. The proposed control scheme cannot only guarantee the boundedness of signals but also make the output of the system converge to a small neighborhood of the origin. The simulation results are exhibited to demonstrate the validity of the control scheme.  相似文献
