福建10种甲壳动物凝集素的研究 总被引：10，自引：1，他引：10
10种甲壳动物凝集素提取液 ,用 11种天然或经酶修饰的动物及人红细胞进行凝血活性检测 ,同时进行凝集素的糖抑制、热稳定性、pH及Ca2 影响试验 .结果表明 ,每种甲壳动物提取液至少凝集 10种以上天然或经酶修饰的红细胞 .各类红细胞经酶 (蜗牛酶 )修饰后对凝集素的敏感性普遍增强 (人和家鸽红细胞对几种甲壳动物例外 ) .某些种类的凝集素对兔红细胞的凝集活性可被一种或几种糖抑制 .8种凝集素表现出对 pH值和温度的广泛适应性 ,在pH3- 11、温度为4℃ - 90℃范围内对兔血均具凝集活性 .10种凝集素的凝集活性依赖于Ca2 . 相似文献

泥蚶肌肉提取液经硫酸铵二步分级沉淀后,再经DEAE-Sepharose（Fast Flow）离子交换和SephacrylS-200-HR分子筛层析,从中分离纯化得到泥蚶肌肉凝集素．经测定,该凝集素分子量约为238kDa,为单个亚基的蛋白质,其相对分子量为60kDa,分子中含3．27％的糖．在氨基酸组成中,谷氨酸（Glu）含量最高,其次是丝氨酸（Ser）和天门冬氨酸（Asp）．泥蚶肌肉凝集素对人和动物红细胞均有凝集作用,其中对兔的红细跑的凝集活性最高．该凝集素对兔的红细胞的凝集活性不被测试的10种浓度为200mmol·L^-1的糖所抑制．pH6．0～7．0时具有较强活性;热稳定性较高,在30-50℃的温度范围内对兔红细胞的凝集仍保持原有活性,60℃以后活力下降;凝集活性依赖于Ca^2＋． 相似文献

采用家鸡、家鸽、家兔、虎纹蛙、猪的红细胞测定法国亮大蜗牛凝集素和白玉蜗牛凝集素的凝集活性,进行糖抑制、热稳定性、pH及Ca2＋影响试验．结果表明,法国亮大蜗牛凝集素和白玉蜗牛凝集素都能凝集家鸡、家鸽、家兔、猪4种红细胞,且对兔红细胞的凝集活性最高,对蛙红细胞的凝集活性最低;两者凝集活性在pH7～8最适宜,它们均有一定的热稳定性,部分糖对蜗牛凝集素产生抑制作用,金属离子能影响蜗牛凝集素的凝集效价,蜗牛凝集素的凝集活性依赖于Ca2＋． 相似文献

采用生物化学的方法研究了拟穴青蟹凝集素的部分性质,结果表明：拟穴青蟹血清的凝集素可凝集兔子、鸽子、鸭子、鸡的动物血红细胞,并且对不同的红细胞的凝集效价有所不同,该凝集素的活性受D-半乳糖、麦芽糖、鼠李糖等3种糖所抑制.在温度为30～40℃,pH为7.0,盐度为24时,拟穴青蟹血清凝集素活性最高.拟穴青蟹血清样品的凝集素受Ca2＋的依赖性较小. 相似文献

本实验对五种食用菌(杏鲍菇、金针菇、灵芝、香菇、猴头菇)凝集素提取液进行凝血效价测定,糖抑制和热稳定性的实验,结果表明,五种食用菌的提取物对鸡红细胞的凝集能力有较大的差异,其中金针菇具有较强的凝集活性,杏鲍菇凝集素提取物无凝集作用,香菇和猴头菇的凝集活性相当,介于二者之间;五种食用菌凝集素提取物具有不同的糖结合位点,并且提取物均在70℃以下比较稳定。 相似文献

有8种单细胞藻类对12种甲壳动物血清进行检测，发现每种甲壳动物血清至少能凝集3种以上的单细胞藻类，其中斜生栅藻（Scenedesmus obliquus)细胞的敏感性最强，能与受检的12种甲壳动物血清产生凝集，同时进行糖抑制，温度，pH和Ca^2 影响试验，结果表明，每种凝集素对斜生栅藻的凝集活性都可被1种或多糖抑制，12种甲壳动物血清凝集素的温度和pH适应范围表现不一，但它们的凝集活性都被EDTA所抑制。 相似文献

以乌鳢鱼卵为材料,通过生物化学手段和研究方法,从乌鳢鱼卵匀浆液中分离得到了一种相对分子质量大约为42kDa的蛋白酶抑制剂．该蛋白对胰蛋白酶具有专一性的抑制活性,最低抑制浓度为130μg／mL,对胰蛋白酶的抑制常数为30．3nM．SDS—PAGE电泳检测表明,该抑制剂为不合二硫键的单链蛋白．热稳定性和酸碱稳定性研究表明,该蛋白酶抑制剂在30℃～100℃温度下能保持76％以上的活性,在pH值2～11的酸碱条件下,能保持90％以上的活性。 相似文献

From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
