用火焰原子吸收法测水样的总硬度,操作简单,结果准确.该方法钙的线性范围为0～10.0mg/L,检出限为0.01ug·mL-1;镁的线性范围为0～0.5mg/L,检出限为0.001ug·mL-1.对同一水样平行测定7次的相对标准偏差小于3%.与<水质钙和镁总量的测定EDTA滴定法>(GB/T7477-87)方法相比,无显著性差异. 相似文献

以水曲柳、小黑杨、白菜和马铃薯为材料比较了测定方法、测定时间、pH值及H2O2浓度对过氧化物酶活性测定的影响。结果表明:过氧化物酶活性测定的最佳时间为0～60s;H2O2浓度为0.5%～2%;磷酸缓冲液pH值为5.7～7.0;联苯胺法比愈创木酚法更为灵敏。该研究结果为用同一提取液测定多项生理指标提供依据,对植物生理实验教学及相关科学研究有较大的参考价值。 相似文献
