选择含氮节镍型QN2109Mo奥氏体不锈钢作为研究对象,采用XRD、TEM、SEM、EDS、摩擦磨损试验机和电化学工作站等检测手段,研究QN2109Mo不锈钢的组织结构、摩擦磨损性能以及耐腐蚀性能,并与316L不锈钢进行对比。实验结果表明:N原子主要以间隙固溶形式存在于QN2109Mo不锈钢中,对QN2109Mo不锈钢组织起到了细化作用,提高了QN2109Mo 不锈钢的硬度。在干摩擦状态下,QN2109Mo不锈钢的耐磨损性能优于316L不锈钢,其磨损机理为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损共同作用。在w(NaCl)为3.5%的溶液中,QN2109Mo不锈钢表现出比316L不锈钢更低的自腐蚀电流密度和更高的点蚀电位,具有更优异的耐NaCl 溶液腐蚀性能。  相似文献

Examples of the use of additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping in a range of applications are of great interest in order to emphasize their role in development and production technology. In this study, a catalytic low temperature burner for H2 on a lab scale with an integrated flow distributor was designed, manufactured, and tested for functionality. Based on a theoretical approach, a flow distributor for the burner was designed and a prototype was built using fused deposition modeling (FDM). Based on test results, an optimized version of the burner was then designed and manufactured using selective laser melting (SLM). The functionality of the designed catalytic burner was proven. Several advantages were found in comparison to conventional non-catalytic burners. In particular, flameless uniform low temperature heat generation with temperatures of about 200 °C could be realized. This contribution highlights the potential of additive manufacturing in chemical engineering. Not only was the final product built using SLM, but also during the development process, FDM was used for rapid prototyping.  相似文献

研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在磷酸—硫酸—铬酐等电解液中电化学抛光后的性能。结果表明:电化学抛光后1Cr18Ni9Ti表层钝化膜形成,其耐腐蚀性明显提高,表面光亮度比机械抛光明显提高,可达镜面程度。同时冷作硬化层的去除,使表面显微硬度稍下降,电化学抛光可提高1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的宏观性能。  相似文献

基于三周期极小曲面(TPMS)设计5种不同孔隙率梯度分布的梯度多孔支架,利用选区激光熔化(SLM)技术制造Ti6Al4V梯度多孔支架。该支架具有类似于人骨梯度多孔结构的梯度孔隙率。压缩测试结果表明,5种梯度多孔支架的弹性模量为8.75~13.88 GPa,抗压强度为219.48~ 528.21 MPa,符合承载骨的弹性模量和抗压强度要求。弹性模量和抗压强度都随着平均孔隙率P- (或边缘孔隙率PB )的增大而减小,P-对弹性模量和抗压强度的影响大于PB。采用Gibson-Ashby的拟合结果可以为承载骨的设计提供参考。  相似文献

利用可视化软件Citespace对CSSCI数据库中检索到的以高校后勤为主题的608篇文献进行研究现状分析.采用文献计量分析.研究表明:张和仕、皮光纯、杨家民、杨明生等是核心作者;南京大学、清华大学、苏州大学、华南农业大学、中南大学、华中科技大学是核心发文单位;相关文献可以分为高校后勤社会化、高校后勤改革以及社会主义市场经济体制三大研究领域.研究结论:我国高校后勤研究成果丰富,为高校后勤提供了有力支撑;高校后勤研究依然存在很大的拓展空间.  相似文献

This paper examines perceptions of professional and organizational identity of teacher educators in a ‘new’ University of Technology in South Africa, resulting from several recent mergers of colleges of education and colleges of technology mainly serving formerly disadvantaged students and schools. The findings show that most staff consider teaching and research as dichotomous. Research activities are seen to satisfy the institutional requirements for securing research funding and producing publications. Professional identities could be strengthened by a faculty-wide debate on the specific profile of teacher education in a University of Technology, resulting also in an agreed research ethos. Peer support in collaborative research groups with a focus on own practice is seen as an opportunity to strengthen research expertise.  相似文献

Surface engineering has been emerging as one of the most promising technologies to improve the tribological properties of biomaterials with a view to extending the life span of medical implants. For example, some novel surface engineering techniques including ion implantation of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and thermal oxidation (TO) treatment of titanium alloy have been developed. However, the full potential of improving the wear resistance of orthopaedic implants based on the UHMWPE/ Ti6A14V system will not be realized until the tribological performance of this surface engineered tribo-system is fully characterized and the acting wear mechanisms are well understood. In this paper, a pin-on-disc tribometer was employed to evaluate the tribological response of the following three tribo-systems: (1) untreated UHMWPE/untreated Ti6A14V. (2) untreated UHMWPE/TO-treated Ti6A14V and (3) ion implanted UHMWPE/TO treated Ti6A14V under water lubricated conditions. Experimental results show that the tribological properties of UHMWPE can be significantly increased by surface enghmering its surface and/or the counterface. Tiffs can be attributed to the hardened surface of UHMWPE via molecular structure modification induced by ion bean bombardment coupled with the surface oxide layer on Ti6A14V formed during TO treatment, which has favorable tribological compatibility with UHMWPE.  相似文献

316不锈钢海水泵叶轮,使用10~12月后损坏严重。对叶轮失效原因分析表明:叶片减薄严重的主要原因是高流速海水中的固体颗粒(粉砂)的磨削作用加速的磨损腐蚀。选择对316不锈钢叶轮采用表面高分子涂耐磨涂层的方案可延长叶轮使用寿命,且更为经济、可行。  相似文献
