应用RP -HPLC法测定阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星可溶性粉的含量。Shim -packCLC -ODS柱 (1 50mm× 6mm ,5μm ) ,以V(1 5mmol/L三乙胺溶液 ,用磷酸调pH至 3 .0 ) :V(乙腈 ) =850 :1 50为流动相 ,流速为 1 .0mL/min ;检测波长为 2 2 9nm ,柱温为 40℃。在此色谱条件下两者能完全分离 ,阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星在 2 0～ 1 0 0 μg/mL的范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数均为r =0 .9999。阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星的平均回收率分别为 99.9%、99.8% ;RSD分别为 0 .78%、0 .88%。方法可用于阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星可溶性粉的质量控制 相似文献

目的:采用HPLC法测定金花葵花中金丝桃苷的含量.方法:用Inertex C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(60:40,V/V),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温为25℃,进样:10μL.结果:金花葵花中金丝桃苷的含量为0.258%,RSD=1.9%.结论:金花葵花中金丝桃苷的含量较高,有很好的开发前景. 相似文献

目的建立测定人血浆中氯氮平浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法以DiamonsilTM C18反相柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为0.03mol.L-1醋酸铵-甲醇(25:75);流速:0.8 ml.min-1;柱温:40°C;检测波长:254nm。以乙酸乙酯与二氯甲烷(80:20)为提取剂。结果氯氮平的高、中、低(1000.0,400.0,10.0 ng.mL-1)3种浓度平均回收率分别为105.36%,98.63%,97.46%,日内、日间差RSD均低于7%(n=5);分析方法的检测限为5.0 ng.mL-1;线性范围为10.0-1000.0 ng.mL-1。曲线方程:C=25.69F 3.47,r=0.9997(n=10)。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、简单、快速,可用于临床血药浓度监测和药动学研究。 相似文献

目的:建立测定大鼠血浆中紫杉醇浓度的HPLC法,方法:以C18反相柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(26∶40∶40),流速为1.0ml ·min-1,紫外检测波长227 nm,以叔丁基-甲醚为提取剂.结果:紫杉醇高(12μg·mL-1)、中(1.2 μg·mL-1)、低(0.12 μg·mL-1)3个浓度的平均回收率分别为72.84%、69.77%、71.12%,日内、日间RSD均低于5%(n=5);分析方法的定量测定下限为0.02μg·mL-1.线性范围为:0.06-24μg·mL-1,回归方程为C=3.7301 A紫杉醇/A地西泮-0.0537,r=0.9993(n=7).结论:该方法灵敏、准确、简单、快速,可用于大鼠体内的紫杉醇药代动力学研究. 相似文献

苯并(a)芘(B(a)P)被认为是高活性致癌剂,在体内可转化为二氢二醇环氧苯并(a)芘(BPDE),具有直接致癌性.采用HPLC-荧光检测技术建立BPDE纯品及细胞裂解液中BPDE的测定.以HypersilCt8(250 mm×46 mm,10μm)为色谱柱配C18保护柱;以甲醇和水(体积分数为90:10)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长:激发波长为349 nm,发射波长为387 nm;进样量为20μL;跑样时间为10min.结果:BPDE浓度在0.01～1.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其线形回归方程为Y=424298X+24598,相关系数为0.9921,最低检测限为0.005μg/mL,日内和日间精密度分别为3.2%～4.6%和5.9%～7.4%.HPLC荧光检测方法由于具有较高的灵敏度,使得BPDE标准品及其和细胞裂解液的混合溶液中的检测限都比紫外检测方法有所提高.方法操作简便,结果准确可靠. 相似文献

目的:建立测定椿皮中铁屎米-6-酮含量的HPLC方法.方法:采用色谱柱Ultimate AQ-C_(18)(50mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙酸(35:65),检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL·min~(-1),柱温30℃,进样量20μL.结果 :铁屎米-6-酮进样浓度在1.10～15.35μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9994)的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为99.66%,RSD值为1.38%.结论:建立的方法简便可靠稳定,为椿皮质量的分析及评价提供参考. 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
