In this study, we examined anabolic and catabolic hormone responses to a single endurance rowing training session in 12 male competitive single scull rowers. A work intensity eliciting a blood lactate concentration of 4 mmol(-1) was determined on a rowing ergometer during an endurance rowing training session lasting about 2 h (7891+/-761 s; distance covered 22.6+/-2.5 km; heart rate 136+/-7 beats x min(-1); intensity 77.4+/-3.8% of anaerobic threshold; mean +/- s). Venous blood samples were obtained before and after on-water rowing. Cortisol, testosterone and sex hormone binding globulin were measured and free testosterone and the free testosterone: cortisol ratio calculated. Blood lactate concentration did not change significantly during training (from 1.7+/-0.4 to 1.9+/-0.4 mmol x l(-1)); however, body mass was reduced (from 82.0+/-10.8 to 80.6+/-11.2 kg) and was related to the distance covered (r = -0.75). The concentrations of cortisol and testosterone did not change significantly during rowing or in the first 2 h of recovery. Free testosterone was reduced in the first 2 h of recovery, but no significant changes were observed in the free testosterone: cortisol ratio. Immediately after rowing, the concentrations of cortisol (r = 0.49) and free testosterone (r = -0.58) were related to the distance covered. Our findings indicate that a prolonged low-intensity training session results in a similar anabolic and catabolic hormone stimulus for trained rowers.  相似文献

采用实验测试的方法,研究男子散打运动员血尿素氮、血红蛋白、血睾酮、皮质醇、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶等生化指标的变化。认为大运动量训练后,散打运动员优秀组血尿素氮值明显低于一般组;散打运动员血清肌酸激酶的值明显变化,说明肌酸激酶是评价运动量的敏感指标;乳酸脱氢酶也是评价散打运动量的敏感指标;血睾酮变化不明显,说明血睾酮不是评价运动量的敏感指标。  相似文献

采用实验、心理测试等研究方法,对中国散打队在多哈亚运会赛前不同训练阶段的身体机能进行评定。结果表明,在赛前集训的不同阶段,散打运动员的血红蛋白、红细胞计数、红细胞压积、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶、血睾酮、皮质醇、免疫细胞等生化指标的变化,与其身体机能状况及疲劳程度密切相关。提示可通过这些指标在不同训练阶段的变化特征用来评定散打运动员的身体机能。  相似文献

In this study, we examined the effect of rapidly increased training volume and intensity on hormonal responses (salivary cortisol [C] and urinary dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate [DHEA-S]) and recovery-stress state perceived by 12 female cyclists. Over the 4-day experimental period, there was an average increase in training load of approximately 122% compared with that during the previous 12 days. Scores on subscales of the Recovery Stress Questionnaire for Athletes increased for the somatic component of stress (Fatigue, Emotional Stress and Social Stress; P<0.05) and decreased the factor indicating recovery (General Well Being; P<0.05) after the heavy training period. The training programme increased resting concentrations of salivary cortisol (P<0.05) and decreased the DHEA-S/C ratio (P<0.05). The increase in training load of cyclists was correlated with this hormonal ratio (r=-0.48, P<0.05). Changes in resting cortisol concentration as a result of heavy training stress were positively related to the change in Physical Complaints (r=0.69, P<0.01). Negative relationships were also found between changes in the DHEA-S/C ratio and changes in the somatic component of stress. The present results suggest that there is a dose-response relationship between increased training load, resting DHEA-S/C ratio and subjective assessment of stress and recovery, implying that this ratio could be used as an indicator of training status in female athletes.  相似文献

Maximal strength, power, muscle cross-sectional area, maximal and submaximal cycling endurance characteristics and serum hormone concentrations of testosterone, free testosterone and cortisol were examined in three groups of men: weightlifters (n = 11), amateur road cyclists (n = 18) and age-matched controls (n = 12). Weightlifters showed 45-55% higher power values than road cyclists and controls, whereas the differences in maximal strength and muscle mass were only 15% and 20%, respectively. These differences were maintained when average power output was expressed relative to body mass or relative to muscle cross-sectional area. Road cyclists recorded 44% higher maximal workloads, whereas submaximal blood lactate concentration was 50-55% lower with increasing workload than in controls and weightlifters. In road cyclists, workloads associated with blood lactate concentrations of 2 and 4 mmol.l-1 were 50-60% higher and occurred at a higher percentage of maximal workload than in weightlifters or controls. Basal serum total testosterone and free testosterone concentrations were lower in elite amateur cyclists than in age-matched weightlifters or untrained individuals. Significant negative correlations were noted between the individual values of maximal workload, workloads at 2 and 4 mmol.l-1 and the individual values of muscle power output (r = -0.37 to -0.49), as well as the individual basal values of serum total testosterone and free testosterone (r = -0.39 to -0.41). These results indicate that the specific status of the participants with respect to training, resistance or endurance is important for the magnitude of the neuromuscular, physiological and performance differences observed between weightlifters and road cyclists. The results suggest that, in cycling, long-term endurance training may interfere more with the development of muscle power than with the development of maximal strength, probably mediated by long-term cycling-related impairment in anabolic hormonal status.  相似文献

Athletes frequently adjust their training volume in line with their athletic competition schedule, onset of sport injury, and retirement. Whether maintenance of partial training activity during the detraining period can preserve optimal body composition and insulin sensitivity is currently unknown. Sixteen elite kayak athletes (mean VO2max: 58.5 ml.kg(-1).min(-1), s = 1.77) were randomly assigned to a totally detrained group (age: 20.8 years, s = 0.7; body mass index: 23.74, s = 0.54) or partially detrained group (age: 21.8 years, s = 0.7; body mass index: 23.20, s = 1.02), whereby totally detrained participants terminated their training routine completely and the partially detrained participants preserved approximately 50% of their previous training duration with equivalent intensity for one month. Body mass, waist circumference, oral glucose tolerance test, insulin, leptin, cortisol, and testosterone were measured during the trained state and after detraining. Waist circumferences for both the partially detrained and totally detrained groups were significantly elevated after detraining, with no group difference. However, body mass was reduced in both groups. Significant elevations in the area under the curve for insulin and fasted leptin with detraining were observed. These changes were greater in the totally detrained participants. In conclusion, the present results show that maintaining partial training activity cannot prevent an increase in waist circumference. During the detraining period, the magnitude of increase in plasma insulin and leptin concentrations was regulated in an activity-dependent manner.  相似文献

目的:对国家击剑队运动员生理、生化指标进行监控,为教练员及时了解运动员的身体反应、修订训练计划和调整训练负荷,保证运动员在大赛前机能处于良好状态提供参考.方法:选取国家击剑队2008年奥运会前体能训练和模拟比赛密集期,运用生理、生化指标对国家队4个剑种18名运动员进行训练监控.结果:安静状态下运动员各测定指标均在正常范围,整个训练期间各组运动员Hb、CK、BU、T、C发生了不同程度的变化.结论:显示出Hb、CK、BU、T、C结合使用可较好监控击剑运动员的机能状态,CK对运动强度敏感,而Hb、BU对运动量敏感;比赛前2周运动员T维持在较高水平,C有所升高,教练员对运动负荷的控制适宜.  相似文献

目的:研究以浙江省场地自行车短距离项目男子运动员为研究对象,通过六年的训练负荷反馈指标和机能反馈指标的采集、测试和分析,探讨上述指标对我省场地自行车短距离项目男子运动员成长存在的影响,为我省场地自行车男子短距离项目的持续高效的发展提供一定的理论依据。方法:在六年的训练周期中,对我省自行车运动员的血红蛋白、血清睾酮、血清肌酸激酶和血尿素氮进行定期测试,并形成比较完整的数据库进行对比分析。结果:①优秀组和普通组的血清睾酮、血清肌酸激酶和血尿素氮6年间变化趋势基本一致,而血红蛋白存在不同的变化趋势;②在机能反馈变化方面,与优秀组相比较,普通组的血红蛋白平均值在2012年、2016年和2017年有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而血清睾酮则在2012年、2013年和2016年存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01);③在训练负荷反馈方面,仅在2017年,优秀组的血清肌酸激酶平均值与普通组相比较,出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:①对场地自行车短距离男子运动员来说,血红蛋白在训练初期可能不是最主要的机能指标,但是到训练中后期可能会成为评价运动员恢复能力的一项主要指标;②血清睾酮水平的高低对场地自行车短距离男子运动员的成才至关重要,是训练初期就需要重点关注的一个指标;③血清肌酸激酶和血尿素氮分别是训练强度和训练量的机体反馈指标,优秀运动员在训练内容转换的过程中,适应能力要好于普通运动员。  相似文献

通过对国家女子青年赛艇队运动员在备战世界青年赛艇锦标赛集训期间血清睾酮、血肌酸激酶、血红蛋白、血尿素氮指标的系统监测和分析,结果发现:1)血睾酮指标及血清肌酸激酶指标可以有效反映女子青年赛艇运动员身体机能状态及其对运动强度的适应性,两个指标之间呈现相关性。2)血红蛋白和血尿素氮指标可以反映女子青年赛艇运动员对运动训练的适应程度,同时可以反映运动训练计划安排的科学性及合理性。3)结合各测试指标对运动员进行具体分析,可以了解运动员身体机能状态变化程度及疲劳恢复时间,有利于对运动员赛前状态的调整和训练的安排。  相似文献

目的:观察不同训练阶段运动员经皮氧分压(TcPO2)和经皮二氧化碳分压(TcPCO2)以及机能状态相关指标的变化,探讨我国优秀男子赛艇运动员TcPO2和TcPCO2与机能状态的关系.方法:以国家赛艇队8名男子轻量级选手为研究对象,将3月5日-4月2日作为运动员第一训练阶段(春季锦标赛前);将4月9日-4月28日作为运动员第二训练阶段(世界杯赛前)。在两个训练阶段,均在每周一早晨空腹状态下取血样。同一天用PERIMED激光多普勒PeriFlux5000系统测试微循环相关指标。测试指标:TcPO2和TcPCO2,睾酮(T),皮质醇(C).血尿素(BU),血清肌酸激酶(CK),血红蛋白(Hh),红细胞计数(RBC)结果:(1)世界杯赛前的两个训练阶段,Hb和RBC在第一阶段明显下降,在第二阶段逐步回升;BU和CK在第一阶段末期明显升高,在第二阶段保持平稳;T在第一阶段有所下降,在第二阶段回升至较高点,T/C保持平稳。(2)TcPO2与Hb有相同的变化趋势,第二阶段第二周TcPO2与Hb相关系数为-0882,P〈0.05;TcPO2与BU相关系数为0.943,P〈0.01结论:(1)世界杯赛前运动员机体携氧能力及整体机能状态处于相对较好的状态。(2)TcPO2和TcPCO2与机能状态指标具有相关性,其变化趋势基本一致,在一定程度上可以用于评定运动员的机能水平。  相似文献

The responses of fatty acid-binding protein (FABP) and creatine kinase (CK) were compared in a group of junior rowers during 5 weeks of training. Acute exercise induced a larger increase in FABP (70-362%) than in CK (24-156%). When the chronic effect of exercise was studied, the baseline FABP levels were independent of previous training. However, the baseline CK level was dependent on the training that took place during 1 day before (F = 4.362, p < .01) and on the combined training on the previous 2 days (F = 4.606, p < .005). The present results suggest that FABP and CK could be used to monitor acute exercise and chronic exercise, respectively.  相似文献

目的:探讨4周常压模拟高住低练训练法对女子赛艇运动员血清睾酮、皮质醇及血睾酮/皮质醇等的影响。方法:系统观察了7名女子赛艇运动员(实验组)进行4周高住低练(2500m)训练前、训练期间第1周、第2周、第4周及训练后第1周和第2周这些指标的变化,并与6名低住低练运动员(对照组)进行比较分析。结果:(1)4周高住低练使女子赛艇运动员血清T水平呈先降后升之势,4周结束后仍低于实验前水平,并且至少持续2周;(2)4周高住低练期间运动员血清皮质醇水平降低,实验结束后2周恢复到实验前水平;(3)4周高住低练期间Hb和RBC的变化与T和T/C的变化并不一致,实验前后比较,前两者总体趋势是升高,而后两者总体趋势是下降。结论:4周高住低练使血清T水平先降后升,血清C水平降低,这可能与低氧刺激导致血液Hb和RBC逐渐升高以及机体合成代谢相对增强有关。  相似文献

The influences of growth, training and various training methods were investigated by analysing long-term training effects in young cross-country and biathlon skiers (n = 129). Some athletes (n = 49) were studied six times in three years and some at least once a year during a four year period (n = 48). During three summer training periods skiers emphasized either intensive training or distance training or continued to train normally. The results indicated that maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max) and heart volume increased between 15 and 20 years of age and the most significant changes in heart volume were observed between 16 and 18 years of age. International level skiers were able to increase their VO2 max and heart volume even after 20 years of age. Anaerobic threshold (AT, ml kg-1 min-1) increased like VO2 max but when expressed as a percentage of VO2 max, the AT was similar in every age group over 16 years of age. Intensive training at the intensity of anaerobic threshold or higher was observed to be most effective in producing improvements in VO2 max. Low-intensity distance training was more effective in producing improvements in anaerobic threshold.  相似文献

为探讨抗阻训练后血清肌酸激酶的变化情况,以安徽省优秀男子皮艇运动员为研究对象,进行为期8周的抗阻训练。结果表明,在通过8周抗阻训练后,开始准备阶段,运动员血清CK的活性与正常人无差异;在肌肉肥大训练阶段和肌力训练,血清CK活肚在第1周、第4周都大幅度上升,与准备阶段相比,均有显著性差异(P〈0.01),说明强度为大强度,符合训练目的。随着机体对训练强度的适应,第2、3周和第1周(P〈0.05)、第5周、第6周和第4周(P〈0.05)相比CK活性逐渐降低,说明机体对训练强度产生一定的适应。力量耐力训练阶段,第7、第8周CK酶活性和准备阶段相比,无显著差异(P〉0.05),说明为一般强度,机体适应该强度。  相似文献

目的:探讨女子柔道、摔跤运动性疲劳的中医证候特征及其与生理生化指标的关系;方法:对女子柔道、摔跤运动员大负荷训练后的疲劳进行生理生化监控,周一晨空腹测试血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BU N)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C) ,同时,运用中医四诊法进行辨证分析,通过纵向追踪分阶段评定,将运动性疲劳分为生理疲劳(PF)及过度训练(OT)。结果:大负荷训练后,无论疲劳与否,舌质舌形大多正常,但瘦薄舌占有一定比例;OT时则出现淡白舌、胖大舌;疲劳时舌苔以薄黄为多,其次为薄白及白厚腻,而无疲劳时则以薄白为主,其次为白厚腻及薄黄。中医分析显示,运动性疲劳以气虚和阴虚为主,同时不同程度兼夹湿浊或气滞等。病位分析显示,主要在脾、肾、心、肝,不同证型之间Hb存在显著差异(P<0 .1 0 ) ,以气血双亏型最低;BUN及CK气虚型偏低,而气阴双亏型偏高,不过各证型间差异并无显著性(P>0 .1 0 )。统计各型间BU N/Hb比值则差异有显著性(P<0 .1 0 ) ,其中气虚和阳虚型比值低,而气阴双亏时最高。主要结论:女子柔道、摔跤运动性疲劳以气虚和阴虚为主,病位主要在脾、肾、心、肝,不同证型与Hb、BUN、CK间存在一定相关性。  相似文献
