An increasing number of national scenic spots around the world use social media, such as micro-blogs and Twitter, to promote their popularity and improve their operational performance. National scenic spots may adopt different social media behaviors that lead to unbalanced operational performance. This study takes the perspective of social media adoption in national scenic spots by looking into the influence of social media adoption behaviors on operational performance based on the three-stage data envelopment analysis model. We found that most of the national scenic spots in China have low pure technical efficiency and that operational performance, including social media popularity and operational performance, is significantly determined by various social media adoption behaviors.  相似文献

Nowadays, using increasingly granular data, from real-time location information and detailed demographics to consumers-generated content on the social networking sites (SNSs), businesses are starting to offer precise location-based product recommendation services through mobile devices. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper develops a theoretical model to examine the adoption intention of active SNS users toward location-based recommendation agents (LBRAs). The research model was tested by using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived control, and perceived institutional assurance are important in developing adoption intention. Perceived effort saving, special treatment, and social benefit have influences on the adoption intention through the mediating effect of perceived usefulness. Perceived accuracy has direct influence on adoption intention.  相似文献

Participation in and adding content to social tagging tools is important for these tools to achieve their purpose of classifying and organizing information. Users of social tagging tools are driven to participate and add tags by extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation is dominating research as a main predictor of why users use information systems. Social tagging tools, as a subset of social media tools, are distinguished by their unique social aspect that makes intrinsic motivation a potential driver for users to add tags to content. Intrinsic motivation, when applied to social tagging tools, could entail many shades that represent different users’ motives for using such tools. In this paper, we add a rich concept of intrinsic motivation to include hedonism as a main predictor of users’ behavior on social tagging tools. We empirically validate a previously proposed theoretical model of three dimensional concepts of hedonism with three components describing individuals’ hedonic state when interacting with social tagging tools: explorability, curiosity, and enjoyment. After a robust and thorough data analysis using structured equation modeling, the results confirm our theoretical model and suggest using a richer concept of enjoyment to reflect a hedonic dimension when investigating intrinsic motivation with interactive social media tools. Our validated model could be the spark of new factors that have the potential to influence user acceptance of information systems in general and in social media tools. The rise of social media has led to changes in how entrepreneurs carry out their day-to-day activities. Studies on social media and entrepreneurship are relatively new and fragmented in their focus, however there is increasing interest from academia and practitioners for further research and investigation within this area. This study systematically reviews research carried out in the domain of social media and entrepreneurship. A total of 160 papers, published between 2002 and 2018 were synthesised to identify critical theories and research methods used in the domain. Based on the extent review, an integrative framework was developed to identify relationships amongst elucidated constructs. While most papers investigated the factors that drive social media adoption and use by entrepreneurs, it was found that the use of social media by entrepreneurs had transcended marketing and it is now used in business networking, information search and crowdfunding for their business. This has led to significant impact with improved firm performance and innovation enhancement being the essential outcomes. The literature review and framework further understanding of social media and entrepreneurship research, providing a useful basis for future studies and informs practice in this area.  相似文献

为了深入理解制造企业接受和采用工业工业互联网平台的显著影响因素,基于整合技术接受和采用理论(UTAUT),并引入价值共创理论和感知风险理论,构建工业互联网平台使用意愿影响因素理论模型。以来自珠三角地区的245份制造企业的问卷调研数据为研究样本,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明:绩效期望、社会影响、价值共创功能显著正向影响企业对工业互联网平台使用意愿,感知风险显著负向影响企业对工业互联网平台使用意愿,便利条件及努力期望对企业对工业互联网平台使用意愿影响并不显著。  相似文献

【目的/意义】社会化媒体已经成为企业和组织工作中的一种新兴趋势,但少有研究在工作情境下探讨社会化媒体采纳的具体行为和其影响机制。【方法/过程】将工作情境下的社会化媒体使用行为分为强化使用和多样使用两类,以S-O-R理论为基础框架,结合技术接受模型和动机理论,构建工作中使用社会化媒体的两类动机及其对使用行为影响的研究模型,同时还讨论了惯性对意图与两类使用行为影响的调节作用。【结果/结论】通过实际工作中的问卷数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明:个人层面和任务层面的动机在使用者采纳社会化媒体中扮演着积极的角色;使用者的惯性确实能够调节意图与行为之间的关系。  相似文献

技术革新是农业发展的核心动力,技术援助是中国对非洲农业援助的重要方式。本文选取中国援埃塞俄比亚农业技术示范中心所在地奥罗米亚(Oromia)州进行农户调研,根据农业技术扩散特点对已有技术接受模型(TAM)进行调整与扩展,以埃塞俄比亚当地推广的小麦苗床拓宽技术(BBM)为例,实证分析农户资源禀赋与内在感知对非洲农户新技术采纳决策的影响。结果表明:农户资源禀赋作为外在约束对新技术采纳行为存在显著影响,其中小麦种植面积对新技术采纳具有显著的正向影响,土地规模、劳动力数量对新技术采纳具有显著的反向影响;感知有用性、感知易用性是农户对技术认知的内在约束,对农户新技术采纳决策具有显著的正向影响;感知社会规范是农户个体内化的社会约束,传统技术的社会规范对农户新技术采纳决策存在显著的负向影响。由研究结论提出,中国在非洲的农业技术示范与推广应在实施对象、前期推广、传统转变等方面做好策略准备。  相似文献

Social media marketing can be an effective solution for healthcare organizations to build long-term relationships with patients. However, previous studies mainly focused on isolated aspects of social media marketing. This lack of integration has limited the development and adoption of social media marketing. This study proposes a social media marketing methodology (SMMM) that incorporates Kotler's 5A consumer experience path with the IDEA (identify, develop, engage, and assess) content marketing process and well-known social media design principles in providing marketing roadmap and content design guidance for implementing social media marketing. Two cases (one for a medical center with 56 posts reaching 101,342 potential clients and another for a postpartum nursing home with 52 posts reaching 61,245 potential clients) are used to examine and evaluate the usability of the methodology. The results show that the engagement rate in both cases is well above the average level in Taiwan, and all users have a positive response to the use of the methodology. These findings support that the methodology provides a nominal process model for implementing social media marketing, facilitates the design of post content, and enhances patient engagement with healthcare brands and services.  相似文献

North and South Kivu provinces in the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) are still confronted by both natural and manmade disasters and are potentially exposed to carbon dioxide and methane from Lake Kivu. For people living in those areas, it is important to have constant access to real-time situational information to prevent fatal dangers. Our study aims at examining the adoption factors of social media and the impact of their use in managing disaster. We proposed and empirically validated a research model drawn on three combined theories: TAM, the diffusion-of-innovation theory and the Kahn’s framework of psychological conditions and agility. The obtained model was tested with a sample of 418 respondents using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling method (PLS-SEM). The study revealed the following two main outputs: (i) social media platforms are perceived to be easy to use, useful with a perceived relative advantage, and are therefore essential for disaster management; and (ii) the use of social media impacts information accessibility, adaptability, proactiveness and resilience.  相似文献

Understanding the main determinants of Internet banking adoption is important for banks and users; our understanding of the role of users’ perceived risk in Internet banking adoption is limited. In response, we develop a conceptual model that combines unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) with perceived risk to explain behaviour intention and usage behaviour of Internet banking. To test the conceptual model we collected data from Portugal (249 valid cases). Our results support some relationships of UTAUT, such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence, and also the role of risk as a stronger predictor of intention. To explain usage behaviour of Internet banking the most important factor is behavioural intention to use Internet banking.  相似文献

[目的]社会化媒体与社交网络的迅猛发展,驱动银行开始在其网站中嵌入各种社会化工具,为用户提供社会化服务。在这种环境下,影响用户使用网上银行的因素较传统互联网环境相比可能会发生变化。因此本研究聚焦于社会化媒体环境,探究该环境下影响用户使用网上银行意愿的影响因素。[方法]通过情景式问卷收集用户数据,采用相关性分析、多元回归分析、方差分析等方法进行数据分析。[结果/结论]在社会化媒体环境下,信息支持不仅可以直接正向影响用户对网上银行的使用意愿,还可以通过网站设计对用户使用意愿产生间接影响;情感支持可以通过正向影响网站设计而对用户使用网上银行的意愿产生间接影响;感知有用性、感知易用性、网站设计均可以直接正向影响用户的使用意愿,而感知风险则对用户的使用意愿具有直接的负向影响。此外,主观规范虽不能直接影响用户使用网上银行的意愿,但可以通过感知有用性对其产生间接地影响。  相似文献

The technology acceptance model (TAM) has been widely used to study user acceptance of new computer technologies. However, it does not incorporate social structure and influence as a significant factor. In this study, we ask the following questions: (i) What are the limitations of the existing TAM for studying virtual community? (ii) What is effect of social networks on user acceptance of technology for virtual community? and (iii) How can the influence of different types of social ties serve as a basis for exploring the user acceptance of technology in a virtual community? Here, we explore the possibility for extending TAM to incorporate the influence of the different types of social ties as a new theoretical construct. Preliminary analysis of data from a virtual community results show that weak and strong ties influence technology acceptance. The findings enable HCI researchers to account for influence of social ties in future investigations using TAM.  相似文献

The digitalization phenomenon is leveraging new relationship models through the entire supply chain network. In this outlook, blockchain is a cutting-edge technology that is already transforming and remodeling the relationships between all members of logistics and supply chain systems. Yet, while studies on blockchain have gained a relative pace over the recent years, the literature on this topic does not report sufficient research cases on blockchain adoption behavior at the individual level. The present study, therefore, aims to bridge this gap, notably by helping understand the individual blockchain adoption behavior in the logistics and supply chain field in India and the USA. Drawing on the emerging literature on blockchain, supply chain and network theory, as well as on technology acceptance models (TAMs), we have developed a model based on a slightly-altered version of the classical unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The model being developed was then estimated using the Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). As the model was eventually supported, the results obtained revealed the existence of distinct adoption behaviors between India-based and USA-based professionals. In parallel, the findings appear as a useful contribution to and a sign of progress for the literature on IT adoption, SCM, and blockchain.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate factors influencing employees’ knowledge-sharing behavior on social tagging supported systems. Using the strong theoretical background of the well-known technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper proposes and empirically validates a model that fits the social and technical nature of social tagging tools within the public sector. The analyses in this paper were based on data collected from a large survey of more than 480 respondents working for two public organizations in the United States. The findings demonstrate a significant impact of the role of social presence in encouraging employees to create and share content. Further, there is a strong relationship between the benefits employees receive from using tagging tools and their creation and sharing of tagged content. Specifically, the following factors showed a significant impact on employees’ creation and sharing behavior, specifically their attitudes towards and intentions to create and share tags: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, social presence, and pro-sharing norms. For researchers, the paper offers an opportunity to further study knowledge-sharing behavior regarding social media technologies. The findings should motivate practitioners to inject these tools with a social aspect so that employees are encouraged to share content.  相似文献

通过问卷调查从信息接收者、信息发布者、信息传播途径和信息本身4个方面构建了社交媒体中信息可靠性测评的指标体系。根据社交媒体中信息可靠性测评指标的模糊性构建了基于三角模糊数的社交媒体中信息可靠性测评模型,利用模糊一致偏好关系确定评价指标权重。以微博为例详细阐述了社交媒体中信息可靠性测评的流程。将理论研究和实际应用有效结合起来,有利于提高社交媒体中信息可靠性判断的准确性。  相似文献

This paper examines empirically the factors that affect the adoption of Internet banking by Tunisian bank customers. As base model, we use the technology acceptance model (TAM) and theory of planned behavior (TPB). The model employs security and privacy, self efficacy, government support, and technology support, in addition to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, social norm, perceived behavior control and intention to use Internet banking. Structural equation modeling is employed to examine the inter-correlations among the proposed constructs. A survey involving a total of 284 respondents is conducted and confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the measurement efficacies. Theoretically, this study confirms the applicability of the TAM model and TPB in predicting Internet banking adoption by Tunisian bank customers. The results allow banks' decision makers to develop strategies that can encourage the adoption of Internet banking. Banks should improve the security and privacy to protect consumers' personal and financial information, which will increase the trust of users. Government should also play a role to support bank industry by having a clear and solid law on this will ensure that customers are more confident for using Internet banking, ensuring a better Internet infrastructure and helps them to encourage users to use Internet banking. Lastly, Tunisian Banks should focus on those clients who already have a home PC, access Internet and more educated and younger since they are the most likely to adopt Internet banking.  相似文献
