肥胖者有氧运动抗炎效应的实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:基于"肥胖炎症反应"(inflammtion effect in obese)理论,通过对运动干预前、后肥胖者血清标志性炎症因子TVF-α、IL-6以及促炎因子NF-κB、SOCS-3等水平变化的分析,就运动抗炎效应做一探索性研究.方法:将苏州市某街道若干社区55~60岁肥胖女性居民共41名随机分为2组,以运动处方进行16周的有氧运动干预;干预前、后分别检测肥胖相关形态指标及炎症相关血液生化指标(TNF-α、IL-6和NF-κB、SOCS-3等).结果:有氧运动干预后,肥胖者体重减轻、BMI和WHR减小的同时,其血清TNF-a、IL-6水平随之降低,有效改善了肥胖及其炎症状态;血清NF-κB、SOCS-3表达随之下调,HOMA-IR减小,有效缓解了胰岛素抵抗状态.结论:有氧运动干预对肥胖炎症状态具有良好的抗炎效应.  相似文献

目的研究耐力运动和脂联素受体激动剂(AdipoRon)单独或联合干预对高脂饮食小鼠脂肪组织炎症的影响。方法 50只雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为普通饮食对照组(NC)、高脂饮食对照组(HC)、高脂饮食运动组(HE)、高脂饮食+AdipoRon组(HA)和高脂饮食+运动+AdipoRon组(HEA),每组10只。HE和HEA组进行6周中等强度耐力跑台训练;HA和HEA组按50 mg/kg剂量隔天皮下注射25%AdipoRon盐溶液。检测小鼠血清糖、脂代谢参数和炎症因子;腹腔注射葡萄糖耐量实验(IPGTT)检测小鼠糖耐量;RT-PCR法检测附睾脂肪基因表达。结果与NC组相比,HC组小鼠血清TG、TC、FFA、FBG和促炎因子TNF-α、IL-6浓度显著升高(P<0.05);TNF-α、IL-6、F4/80、CD11c、HIF-α、PDK1、GLUT1mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.05),IL-10 mRNA表达显著下降(P<0.05),糖耐量明显受损。HE和HA组小鼠除FBG、IL-10外,各项指标均显著高于NC组(P<0.05);与HC组相比,HE和HA组小鼠血清TG、TC、FFA、FBG、TNF-α、IL-6浓度和TNF-α、IL-6、F4/80、CD11c mRNA表达显著下降(P<0.05),IL-10表达显著升高(P<0.05),HIF-α、PDK1、GLUT1 mRNA表达下降无显著性差异;HEA组血清TG、FFA、TNF-α浓度和TNF-α、IL-6、F4/80、HIF-α、PDK1、GLUT1 mRNA表达较HE和HA组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),HE、HA和HEA组糖耐量得到显著改善。结论有氧运动和AdipoRon可能通过改善脂肪组织缺氧来降低高脂饮食小鼠脂肪组织巨噬细胞数量和M1态激活,降低脂肪组织炎症,同时改善葡萄糖耐受受损和脂代谢紊乱,并且联合干预效果优于单一干预效果。  相似文献

目的:探讨运动干预对负性情绪刺激SD老年大鼠血清皮质酮、CRP、TNF-α的影响.方法:采用对老年大鼠负性情绪刺激,然后进行运动干预实验设计,观察血清COR、TNF-α、CRP含量变化.结果:与对照组相比,三周负性情绪刺激后,血清皮质酮、CRP非常显著升高,TNF-α显著升高;与对照组相比,运动组皮质酮、TNF-α的升高非常显著,CRP升高显著;与3周负性情绪刺激相比,负性情绪应激后运动干预组皮质酮、TNF-α降低非常显著,对CRP的影响不显著;与对照组相比,3周负性情绪应激后运动干预组,皮质酮、CRP上升非常显著,TNF-α稍有升高,但不显著;与对照组相比,3周负性情绪刺激后6周安静休息组,皮质酮、CRP非常显著升高,TNF-α几乎没有变化.结论:1)3周负性情绪刺激使炎症因子升高.2)单纯6周运动也使炎症因子升高.3)6周安静恢复不能使负性情绪刺激导致的老年大鼠炎症因子的高水平状态降低到对照组水平.4)负性情绪刺激后6周运动干预使负性情绪刺激导致的炎症因子高水平状态下降.5)无论是负性情绪刺激还是运动应激都使皮质酮升高.  相似文献

通过观察低水温游泳运动对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂(HDL、LDL、TG、TC)、血清炎性因子(CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、APN)的影响,探讨低水温游泳运动否能减轻动脉粥样硬化的慢性炎症反应。结果显示:低水温游泳有提高HDL和降低LDL、TG、TC水平的作用(P〈0.01);血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α和APN含量均有不同程度的改变,低温游泳组优于常温游泳组,而运动4周和8周组间差别不明显。  相似文献

不同运动方式对绝经后女性IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的比较12周有氧运动或抗阻训练对绝经后女性白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)影响的差异,为制定特异性的运动处方提供依据。方法将符合标准的受试者随机分为有氧运动组(18人),抗阻训练组(17人)和对照组(20人)。有氧运动组和抗阻训练组进行每周3次、共12周的运动干预,对照组保持日常生活习惯不变。实验前后分别测定血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP等指标。结果 12周运动干预后,有氧运动组血清IL-6较运动前下降了13%(P<0.01),血清TNF-α(P>0.05)和hs-CRP(P>0.05)无显著性变化;抗阻训练组血清IL-6较运动前无显著性变化(P>0.05),但血清TNF-α和hs-CRP分别下降了11%(P<0.05)和26%(P<0.05)。对照组所有指标的变化不明显。相关分析显示,实验前hs-CRP基础值与BMI(r=0.36,P<0.01)、空腹血糖(r=0.23,P<0.05)和IL-6(r=0.22,P<0.01)正相关,与VO2max(r=-0.29,P<0.05)负相关;实验后hs-CRP的变化值与BMI的变化值(r=0.21,P<0.05)正相关。结论 绝经妇女慢性全身性炎症状态与其BMI、血糖水平和体内炎症因子的水平有关;12周有氧运动或抗阻训练均能有效改善绝经后女性慢性全身性炎症状态,但抗阻训练的效果优于有氧运动,其原因与BMI的改善有关。  相似文献

目的:观察反复力竭运动对大鼠海马小胶质细胞形态及炎症因子白介素-1β(interleukin 1 beta,简称IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis fatctor-alpha,简称TNF-α)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducer type Nitric-Oxide Synthase,简称iNOS)表达的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组 (CG)和运动疲劳组(EG),CG大鼠常规饲养不进行跑台运动,EG大鼠进行反复7天递增负荷的力竭跑台运动。采用免疫组化方法观察大鼠海马小 胶质细胞形态和激活水平,通过半定量PCR技术检测海马组织IL-1β、TNF-α及iNOS mRNA的表达,并使用Y迷宫主动回避行为学检测学习和记忆 能力。结果:与CG相比,EG大鼠海马小胶质细胞体积较大、胞体变圆、突起增多并且染色变深,统计学分析阳性细胞面积和染色消减灰度值均显著 高于CG(P<0.05,P<0.01),IL-1β、TNF-α及iNOS mRNA的表达水平也显著性高于CG(P<0.01),并且EG大鼠学习记忆能力较CG大鼠显下降(P<0.05, P<0.01)。结论:反复力竭运动后,大鼠海马小胶质细胞处于激活状态,海马内炎症因子释放增多,并伴随有学习记忆能力的下降。提示:运动疲劳 所致海马小胶质细胞的大量激活可能是引发神经炎症反应,进而降低大鼠学习记忆能力的重要因素之一。  相似文献

目的:探讨中小负荷的运动对心理应激大鼠血清皮质酮、IL-2和TNF-α的影响。方法:对大鼠进行为期8周的不同负荷运动训练,并在运动后期施加2周的心理应激,测定大鼠血清中皮质酮、IL-2和TNF-α含量。结果:(1)经过2周心理应激后,大鼠血清中IL-2、TNF-α含量显著低于对照组,而皮质酮含量显著高于对照组;(2)经过8周运动训练后,30min运动组和60min运动组IL-2含量显著高于对照组,TNF-α和对照组相比无显著性差异,而皮质酮含量显著低于对照组;同时,30min运动 应激组和60min运动 应激组大鼠血清中IL-2、TNF-α含量显著高于应激组,皮质酮含量显著低于应激组。结论:运动训练可以降低心理应激反应程度,减少内源性皮质酮释放,使血液中IL-2、TNF-α含量升高,维持机体在应激状态下的免疫功能的稳定。  相似文献

目的 观察运动对胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance IR)大鼠脂肪组织SOD活性,MDA及TNF-α含量的影响,探讨运动对IR改善的机制.方法 22只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组6只(CG)、胰岛素抵抗组(IRG)和胰岛素抵抗运动组(EIRG)各8只,采用高脂饲料诱导IR动物模型,EIRG大鼠进行为期10周游泳训练,测定各组大鼠脂肪组织中SOD活性,MDA及TNF-α含量.结果 采用高脂饲料诱导IR模型成功,运动干预后与CG比较,IRG大鼠脂肪组织MDA和TNF-α水平显著升高(P<0.05);与IRG比较,EIRG脂肪组织SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),MDA和TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05);IR指数与MDA,IR指数与TNF-α,MDA与TNF-α均成正相关(r:0.430,P:0.01;r:0.475,P:0.025;r:0.432.P:0.045).结论 运动对大鼠IR的改善机制可能是通过运动上调脂肪组织抗氧化酶活性,进而降低炎性脂肪因子表达实现的.  相似文献

为了解不同负荷游泳运动对高脂血症大鼠血清CRP、IL-6以及TNF-α的影响,将雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机抽取10只作为正常对照组(NC),其余为高脂组.高脂血症模型建立成功后再将高脂组大鼠随机分成高脂血症安静对照组(HC)、高脂血症1 h有氧运动组(HE1)、高脂血症2 h有氧运动组(HE2)和高脂血症一次力竭运动组(HE3).然后各组动物酶免法测定血清CRP,放免法测定血清IL-6、TNF-α.结果:(1)HC组大鼠血清CRP非常显著高于NC组(P<0.01).HE1组显著低于HC组(P<0.05),但仍明显高于NC组(P<0.05).(2)HC组大鼠血清IL-6显著高于NC组(P<0.05),HE3组非常显著高于HC组(P<0.01).(3)HC组大鼠血清TNF-α显著高于NC组(P<0.05),HE2组大鼠非常明显高于HC组(P<0.01).(4)CRP与TNF-α之间呈显著的低度负相关(r=-0.460,P=0.008).结果表明,就循环CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平而言,并非运动时间越长,对高脂血症越有好处,因此,不提倡一次长时间有氧运动,更不提倡达到疲劳状态;运动引起高脂血症大鼠血清CRP的变化可能与IL-6无关.  相似文献

目的 研究24周有氧联合抗阻运动对动脉异常人群内皮损伤和炎症水平的影响,并比较ICAM-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α和HCY因子的抗炎价值。方法 将30名动脉异常者随机分为对照组和有氧联合抗阻运动组。实验前后分别检测糖脂代谢指标、血管功能指标和炎症水平。结果 1)24周运动干预后,有氧联合抗阻运动组TC、TG、两侧ABI、hs-CRP和HCY较实验前显著性下降(p<0.05);LDL-C、FBG、GSP、SBP、两侧baPWV、ICAM-1和TNF-α非常显著性下降(p<0.01);HDL-C非常显著性升高(p<0.01)。2)baPWV与TC、TG、FINS、SBP、HCY、ICAM-1和hs-CRP显著性正相关(p<0.05);ABI与FINS显著性正相关,与HDL-C显著性负相关(p<0.05)。3)TNF-α在诊断运动改善炎症水平时有较高的灵敏性和特异性。结论 24周有氧联合抗阻运动可显著降低动脉异常患者的血糖、血脂浓度,改善血管内皮功能及炎症水平。心血管危险因素、炎症因子的改善与baPWV、ABI存在显著相关关系。血清TNF-α的降低在评估运动的...  相似文献

目的:研究延迟性肌肉酸痛(DOMS)与炎症反引发的关系.方法:文献综述法.内容:运动员训练过程中,不习惯的离心运动均导致延迟性肌肉酸痛(DOMS).普遍认为离心运动导致的损伤和炎症反应诱发了DOMS.然而,近来的研究不支持此假说,DOMS起因的观点受到质疑.通过离心运动性肌节重塑过程,及整合钙离子依赖性蛋白水解酶作用的相关文章进行综述研究,证实离心运动导致骨骼肌损伤和炎症反应.结论:肌节重塑过程为我们科学训练提供了新思路.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine whether endurance training in athletes induces airway inflammation and pulmonary function disorders. Respiratory pattern and function were analysed in ten healthy endurance runners at rest, during sub-maximal exercise, and during the recovery. Inflammatory cells and metabolites (histamine, interleukin-8, and leukotriene E4) were measured in sputum at rest and after exercise. The experiments were conducted on three different occasions (basic endurance training, pre-competitive and competitive periods). In spite of the absence of post-exercise spirometric changes and respiratory symptoms, airway cells counts and inflammatory markers changed significantly. At the beginning of the experiment, athletes' induced sputum showed an abundance of macrophages compared with neutrophils. We found a high percentage of neutrophils during the pre-competitive and competitive periods of the sport season (41% and 37%), a significant increase in macrophage counts during the pre-competitive period (51%), and a significant rise in total cells, interleukin-8, leukotriene E4, and histamine during the competitive period. In conclusion, one year's training increased markers of inflammation in the airways of endurance runners without symptoms or changes in pulmonary function, suggesting that airway inflammation is of insufficient magnitude to markedly impact lung function in healthy athletes.  相似文献

目的探讨运动训练后进行冷水浸泡在促进机体恢复过程中是否会对机体炎症反应产生影响。方法 72只8周龄SD大鼠,对照组C组(n=24)、运动组E组(n=24)、运动冷水浸泡组CWI组(n=24),每组根据取材时间分为0h、24h、72h等小时组,运动组、运动冷水浸泡组的大鼠进行跑台离心运动,之后运动冷水浸泡组进行10℃冷水浸泡10min;Western Blot测腓肠肌TNF-α蛋白含量,ELISA测血浆中TNF-α含量。结果腓肠肌中TNF-α蛋白在C和E组之间均有显著性差异(p<0.01),在C和CWI组之间的0h、24h均有显著性差异(p<0.01),E和CWI组之间在0h未有差异(p>0.05);血浆中TNF-α在C和E、CWI组之间均有显著性差异(p<0.05或p<0.01),但E、CWI组之间仅在72h显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论运动后大鼠骨骼肌和血浆中TNF-α表达上调,运动后进行冷水浸泡在前期能够加强炎症反应,后期促使机体更快的恢复到正常水平,这可能是冷水浸泡促进机能恢复的部分原因。  相似文献

Prospective application of serum cytokines, lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and heat shock proteins (eHSPs) requires reliable measurement of these biomarkers that can signify exercise-induced heat stress in hot conditions. To accomplish this, both short-term (7 day) reliability (at rest, n = 12) and the acute responsiveness of each biomarker to exercise in the heat (pre and post 60-min cycling, 34.5°C and 70% RH, n = 20) were evaluated. Serum was analysed for the concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), heat shock protein 72 (eHSP72), immunoglobulin M (IgM) and LPS. Test–retest reliability was determined as the coefficient of variation (CV). Biomarkers with the least short-term within-participant variation were IL-6 (19%, ±20%; CV, ±95% confidence limits (CL)) and LPS (23%, ±13%). Greater variability was observed for IgM, eHSP72 and CRP (CV range 28–38%). IL-6 exhibited the largest increase in response to acute exercise (95%, ±11%, P = < 0.001) and although CRP had a modest CV (12%, ±7%), it increased substantially post-exercise (P = 0.02, ES; 0.78). In contrast, eHSP72 and LPS exhibited trivial changes post-exercise. It appears variation of common inflammatory markers after exercise in the heat is not always discernible from short-term (weekly) variation.  相似文献

Various inflammation parameters are increased with childhood obesity, but few comparable data are found in lean growing athletes. This study aims to characterize differences in 12 simultaneously measured inflammatory parameters between pubertal rhythmic gymnasts (RG) and untrained controls (UC), and to examine the relationship between body composition and inflammatory markers. Sixty 10–12-year-old girls were divided into RG (n?=?30) and UC (n?=?30). Fat mass (FM) and fat free mass (FFM) were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Leptin and 12 inflammatory parameters (interleukin [IL]-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, vascular endothelial growth factor, interferon-gamma [IFN-γ], tumor necrosis factor-alpha, IL-1α, IL-1β, monocyte chemotactic protein-1 and epidermal growth factor) were measured from fasting blood samples. No differences were seen in 12 inflammatory markers between studied groups. As expected, leptin (RG: 2.4?±?1.1; UC: 7.6?±?4.2?ng?ml?1) and FM (RG: 7.3?±?2.3; UC: 11.8?±?5.1?kg) were lower (p?<?.05) in RG compared to UC. In the whole group of lean pubertal girls, 69.0% of the variability in body FM was determined by leptin, and 11.2% of the variability in body FFM was explained by IFN-γ. In conclusion, measured 12 inflammatory biomarkers were not different between RG and UC, despite lower leptin and FM in RG. In lean pubertal girls, IFN-γ was independently associated with FFM, and leptin with FM.  相似文献

Purpose: This study examined postexercise inflammatory and leukocyte responses in smokers and nonsmokers, as well as the effects of cigarette smoking on the acute postexercise inflammatory and leukocyte response in habitual smokers. Method: Eleven recreationally active male smokers and 11 nonsmokers matched for age and aerobic fitness were familiarized and underwent baseline fitness testing. Participants then completed 40 min of cycling at 50% peak aerobic workload. Smokers performed 2 randomized exercise sessions, including an acute postexercise smoking condition (2 cigarettes in 15 min of 12 mg tar and 1 mg nicotine) and a no-smoking condition, while nonsmokers performed 1 exercise session without smoking. Venous blood was obtained preexercise and postexercise for analysis of interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1 receptor antagonist (ra), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and c-reactive protein (CRP). Results: No differences existed between groups for resting CRP (d = 0.25–0.46; p = .374–.617). Despite no baseline difference (d = 0.03–0.07; p = .141–.70), exercise-induced increases were observed for IL-1 ra in smokers (d = 0.50; p = .024–.033), which was not observed in the never-smoker group. No between-group difference was observed for IL-6 across all points (d = 0.09–0.5; p = .102–.728); however, all groups observed significant within-group change (d = 0.27–1.09; p = .001–.042). Further, TNF-α for smokers smoking was elevated above both smokers not smoking and nonsmokers at baseline and across the protocol (d = 1.20–1.80; d = 0.20–1.0; p = .001–.035). Additionally, a marked postexercise increase in leukocyte and neutrophil concentrations was evident in smokers smoking compared with nonsmokers and smokers not smoking as indicated by a moderate-to-large effect size (d = 0.72; d = 0.78). Conclusion: Consequently, male smokers exhibit an altered postexercise proinflammatory profile compared with age- and fitness-matched nonsmokers.  相似文献

The objective was to investigate the relationship between IL-1B rs16944, IL-6 rs1800795, and CASP8 rs3834129 genetic polymorphisms and concussion severity. Rugby players from high school, senior amateur, and professional teams completed a concussion severity questionnaire and donated a DNA sample. Participants (n = 163) were split into symptom severity groups around the median number and duration of symptoms. The frequency of participants with high symptom counts (more than five symptoms) increased across the IL-1B (C/C: 35%; C/T: 51%; T/T: 56%; P = 0.047) and the IL-6 (C/C: 31%; C/G: 44%; G/G: 58%; P = 0.027) genotypes. The C–C inferred interleukin allele construct frequency, created from combining the IL-1B and IL-6 genotype data, was lower in participants reporting a high symptom count (18%), compared to those with a low symptom count (fewer than six symptoms, 36%, P = 0.002). Similarly, the C–C inferred interleukin allele construct frequency was lower in those reporting prolonged symptom duration (more than one week, 16%), as opposed to short symptom duration (less than one week, 34%, P = 0.015). This study provides evidence of novel inflammatory pathway genetic associations with concussion severity, which supports the hypothesis implicating neuroinflammation in the development of concussion symptoms.  相似文献

目的探讨运动训练、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)单独干预及联合应用对2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏血管通透性和肾TLR4、NF-κBp65、IL-1β蛋白表达量的影响。方法通过高脂喂养加腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)构建2型糖尿病SD大鼠模型。将造模成功的56只大鼠随机分为糖尿病对照组(D)、糖尿病给药组(DY)、糖尿病运动组(DE)、糖尿病运动给药组(DEY),每组14只,另设正常对照组(C)12只。运动组大鼠进行12周不负重游泳训练,每周训练5 d。EGCG给药组大鼠每周灌胃7 d。实验结束后检测大鼠FBG、尿蛋白、UAER、TLR4、NF-κBp65、IL-1β蛋白和肾脏血管通透性变化,并对实验结果进行统计分析。结果与正常对照组(C)相比,糖尿病对照组(D)的FBG、尿蛋白、UAER、TLR4、NF-κBp65、IL-1β蛋白和肾脏血管通透性均显著升高(P<0.01);糖尿病给药组(DY)、糖尿病运动组(DE)、糖尿病运动给药组(DEY)的FBG、尿蛋白、UAER、TLR4、NF-κBp65、IL-1β蛋白和肾脏血管通透性较糖尿病对照组(D)均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖尿病运动给药组(DEY)FBG、UAER、TLR4、NF-κBp65、IL-1β蛋白表达量和肾血管通透性均显著低于糖尿病给药组(DY)(P<0.05或P<0.01),糖尿病运动给药组(DEY)肾脏指数、尿蛋白、UAER、TLR4、NF-κBp65、IL-1β蛋白表达量和肾血管通透性均显著低于糖尿病运动组(DE)(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病大鼠存在肾组织炎性因子表达增多,运动训练和EGCG可改善2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏炎性损伤,抑制TLR4信号通路。  相似文献
