在市场经济条件下,老区扶贫方式正逐渐由“救济型”向“开发型”转变。自2004年下半年开始,红色旅游逐渐进入快速发展的黄金时期,本文在区域反贫困理论的基础上,通过对老区发展路径的分析,发现革命老区虽然经济滞后,却有发展红色旅游的历史资源和后发优势,红色旅游可以成为老区脱贫致富的突破口。文章选取瑞金为个案,着力探讨了老区发展与红色旅游的关联性,充分论证了旅游扶贫相关行业的巨大发展潜力。接着从红色旅游与老区发展的驱动效应,老区发展与红色旅游的融合形式两个维度,提出了革命老区发展与红色旅游相互作用的关联度模式,建议老区应做好红色旅游的产业定位,寻求优良的发展模式,以红色旅游为抓手,真正实现经济、社会、文化和人民生活的全面进步。 相似文献
