针对航迹评价问题,给出一种基于模糊互补判断矩阵的综合评价方法。该方法采用层次分析法的结构,针对每个评价指标,提出划分等级区间的标准和比较尺度,由航迹的实际数据用九标度自动产生模糊互补判断矩阵,通过运算得到针对该指标体系的排序向量,避免了人为因素干扰。通过实例计算说明方法的有效性。该方法也适用于多飞行器协同方案的选择问题。  相似文献

主要研究浙江省水资源评价指标及指标体系的构建,文章介绍了国内外的水资源现状,着重分析了浙江省水资源现状及存在的问题;在对浙江省水资源进行单项指标评价的基础上,结合浙江省水资源、环境和社会经济的现状,将水资源管理纳入社会经济-水资源-生态环境系统中,研究建立了浙江省水资源综合评价指标体系;描述了正效益指标数据和负效益指标数据的无量纲化处理,并利用层次分析法获得了每个指标的权重,通过加权求和方法得到水资源评价的综合指数;采用浙江省2005年和2006年水资源的相关数据,分析计算得到了浙江省各城市的水资源综合评价指数,并对结果进行了横向比较和综合比较分析;根据研究结果,文章指出了制约浙江省水资源可持续利用的原因,并提出了一些改进措施和建议.  相似文献

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is the most common X-linked disorder in children affecting 1 in 3500 males. Since, as of now, we have no treatment for DMD, carrier detection and prenatal diagnosis is the most important preventive strategy. Multiplex PCR helps in rapid detection of hot spot exonal deletions (positive in 65% of cases) as many exons can be identified in a single run. 10 children with characterstic clinical features of DMD and chorionic villus samples of 10 antenatal patients with positive family history were studied. We identified a deletion mutation in exon 49 of the dystrophin gene in a 4 yr old boy referred with signs and symptoms suggestive of DMD using primers for exons 45, 48, 49, 43, 44, 19, 3, 8, 13 and muscle promoter, subjected to multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and agarose/Nu-Sieve gel electrophoresis. These genetic methods aid in prenatal diagnosis of DMD as well as confirmation of diagnosis in children with signs and symptoms suggestive of the disease. Standard chemotherapy regimens for remission induction of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. We performed a cohort study to determine the impact of reducing the intensity of remission induction chemotherapy on the outcomes of selected children with AML treated with a low-dose induction regimen plus granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) (low-dose chemotherapy (LDC)/G-CSF). Complete response (CR) after two induction courses was attained in 87.0% (40/46) of patients receiving LDC/G-CSF. Post-remission therapy was offered to all patients, and included standard consolidation and/or stem cell transplantation. During the study period, an additional 94 consecutive children with AML treated with standard chemotherapy (SDC) for induction (80/94 (85.1%) of the patients attained CR after induction II, P = 0.953) and post-remission. In this non-randomized study, there were no significant differences in 4-year event-free (67.4 vs. 70.7%; P = 0.99) and overall (70.3 vs. 74.6%, P = 0.69) survival in the LDC/G-CSF and SDC cohorts, respectively. After the first course of induction, recovery of white blood cell (WBC) and platelet counts were significantly faster in patients receiving LDC/G-CSF than in those receiving SDC (11.5 vs. 18.5 d for WBCs (P < 0.001); 15.5 vs. 22.0 d for platelets (P < 0.001)). To examine the quality of molecular response, targeted deep sequencing was performed. Of 137 mutations detected at diagnosis in 20 children who attained hematological CR after two courses of LDC/G-CSF (n = 9) or SDC (n = 11), all of the mutations were below the reference value (variant allelic frequency <2.5%) after two courses, irrespective of the treatment group. In conclusion, children with AML receiving LDC/G-CSF appear to have similar outcomes and mutation clearance levels, but significantly lower toxicity than those receiving SDC. Thus, LDC/G-CSF should be further evaluated as an effective alternative to remission induction in pediatric AML.  相似文献

Aspect-based sentiment analysis allows one to compute the sentiment for an aspect in a certain context. One problem in this analysis is that words possibly carry different sentiments for different aspects. Moreover, an aspect’s sentiment might be highly influenced by the domain-specific knowledge. In order to tackle these issues, in this paper, we propose a hybrid solution for sentence-level aspect-based sentiment analysis using A Lexicalized Domain Ontology and a Regularized Neural Attention model (ALDONAr). The bidirectional context attention mechanism is introduced to measure the influence of each word in a given sentence on an aspect’s sentiment value. The classification module is designed to handle the complex structure of a sentence. The manually created lexicalized domain ontology is integrated to utilize the field-specific knowledge. Compared to the existing ALDONA model, ALDONAr uses BERT word embeddings, regularization, the Adam optimizer, and different model initialization. Moreover, its classification module is enhanced with two 1D CNN layers providing superior results on standard datasets.  相似文献

Introduction

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is significant problem in children with congenital heart disease (CHD) who undergo cardiac surgery. The economic impact of a biomarker-based diagnostic strategy for AKI in pediatric populations undergoing CHD surgery is unknown. The aim of this study was to perform the cost effectiveness analysis of using serum cystatin C (sCysC), urine neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (uNGAL) and urine liver fatty acid-binding protein (uL-FABP) for the diagnosis of AKI in children after cardiac surgery compared with current diagnostic method (monitoring of serum creatinine (sCr) level).

Materials and methods

We developed a decision analytical model to estimate incremental cost-effectiveness of different biomarker-based diagnostic strategies compared to current diagnostic strategy. The Markov model was created to compare the lifetime cost associated with using of sCysC, uNGAL, uL-FABP with monitoring of sCr level for the diagnosis of AKI. The utility measurement included in the analysis was quality-adjusted life years (QALY). The results of the analysis are presented as the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER).

Results

Analysed biomarker-based diagnostic strategies for AKI were cost-effective compared to current diagnostic method. However, uNGAL and sCys C strategies yielded higher costs and lower effectiveness compared to uL-FABP strategy. uL-FABP added 1.43 QALY compared to current diagnostic method at an additional cost of $8521.87 per patient. Therefore, ICER for uL-FABP compared to sCr was $5959.35/QALY.

Conclusions

Our results suggest that the use of uL-FABP would represent cost effective strategy for early diagnosis of AKI in children after cardiac surgery.Key words: acute kidney injury, cardiac surgery, children, biomarkers, cost effectiveness analysis  相似文献

Mental Retardation is a condition where complex interactions of intrinsic and extrinsic factors hamper mental and sometimes physical growth of the child during developmental period. This study was carried out to detect cause of Mental Retardation in 2000 cases of developmental delay by a multidisciplinary team comprising of a Pediatrician, Cytogeneticist, Biochemist, Psychologist and Speech and Occupational therapists. The causes for developmental delay are broadly divided into Genetic, Environmental and Idiopathic (no specific cause found) factors. The complete diagnosis was possible in 1192(60%) cases. Genetic factors were found in 477(23.8%) cases and environmental factors covered 692(34.6%) cases as a cause of retardation. The most common genetic cause is chromosomal abnormalities which were found in 355 (17.75%) cases. Another major group comprising of 122 (6.1%) cases was that of the disorders which follow Mendelian inheritance. Autosomal recessive conditions, which covers majority of metabolic disorders, are detected in 48(2.4%) cases. During this screening the most common inherited metabolic condition detected is Mucopolysaccharidosis, a Lysosomal Storage Disorder followed by Amino acid abnormalities like Phenylketonuria, Alkaptonuria and Tyrosinuria.  相似文献
