溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2/TiO2多层膜工艺研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用溶胶-凝胶工艺,使用旋涂方法在单晶硅片、石英玻璃和K9玻璃上制备SiO2/TiO2系列多层膜。采用椭偏仪、透射电镜等对所制得的多层膜的性能进行了研究。结果表明实验条件对SiO2/TiO2多层膜的制备非常重要。通过对实验条件的改善与优化,可以镀制出性能优良的SiO2/TiO2多层膜,以用于微型谐振腔、滤光片、一维光子晶体和传统的光学高反膜的研究。  相似文献

多层薄膜现已被广泛应用,薄膜的光学特性以其反射率和透射率表征.实际所需任何反射率和透射率的光学表面都可以借助镀薄膜的手段获得,这些薄膜通常以高真空蒸发不同介质的方式使其淀积于玻璃或金属基体上.本就入射光为相干光的情况对多层膜系反射率、透射率分别进行计算,得到任意膜系的递推公式,该公式对解决相干光的薄膜问题及其计算具有一定的指导作用.  相似文献

探讨如何用电子回旋共振化学气相沉积(ECRCVD)设备制备非晶态氮化硅介质膜和光学膜。通过改变工艺条件中的微波功率、硅烷(SiH4)、氮气(N2)、氢气(Ar)流量、样品台温度等,控制和优化氮化硅(SiN2)折射率争生长速率。得到了各工艺条件对氮化硅(SiN2)折射率争生长速率影响曲线;通过测量用本方法制备的高反膜系的反射率。证实了镀光学膜时理论值与实际值符合的很好。  相似文献

采用溶胶一凝胶法在玻璃基片上制备了TiO:多孔薄膜,主要研究了pH值、模板剂以及乙醇添加量对溶胶和多孔膜性能的影响.研究结果表明:溶胶一凝胶制备过程中,pH一3时和以聚乙二醇~1000为模板剂可得到稳定的溶胶,且n(PEO-1000)/n(Ti)为0.050时所得到的溶胶颗粒最小,团聚最轻,由其可制备出结构均一性好、无开裂的多孔膜;n(CH3CH2OH)/n(Ti)为24:1时,溶胶可在玻璃基体上形成完整的膜,烧结过程中随着聚乙二醇分解的CO2和H2O的逸出形成了许多微孔,得到完整的有序多孔TiO2薄膜。  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧化钒薄膜,在大气环境及400℃下、对产物进行不同时间的退火处理。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、高阻仪、紫外-可见分光光度计和傅里叶红外光谱仪,对薄膜的形貌、晶态、电学和光学特性等进行了系统的分析。结果表明,退火时间明显地影响溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化钒薄膜的化学结构及光电性能:退火时间过短,薄膜中有机成分不能完全分解、并且结晶度低;退火1h时,薄膜主要成分为V2O5和VO2,此时薄膜电阻低、但光吸收性弱;退火2h以上,薄膜中的主要成分为V2O5,此时薄膜电阻变大、但光吸收性有所加强。研究了退火时间对溶胶-凝胶制备氧化钒薄膜的化学结构及光电特性的影响,揭示了相关的微观机理。  相似文献

在太阳能实际应用中,较低的光伏转换效率是主要技术瓶颈。本项目围绕如何直接改进太阳能电池板的面形结构和特性,实现一种更加简捷有效的提高光伏转换效率的技术途径。借助照相机在镜头中采用凸透镜和镀增透膜来增加聚光性能的思想,本方案采用玻璃微珠所具备的短焦距聚光能力增大太阳光的接收角,同时选用溶胶凝胶膜层增加光线透过性。实验验证了玻璃微珠和溶胶凝胶膜层对提高光伏转换效率的科学可行性。实验结果表明,在宽光谱卤素灯大角度(70°)入射条件下,光伏转换效率相对玻璃基板提高了15.73%,充分验证了设计方案的原理可行性。本方法主要基于对太阳能电池玻璃盖板的结构改进,不需额外增加光学系统,结构简单,易于实现,设计思想具有独立创新性,在提高太阳能的光伏转换效率方面有着重要应用价值和发展前景。  相似文献

以四氯化钛为前驱体,用溶胶一凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米膜,并进行了炼焦厂废水的光催化降解实验,考察了制备条件对其光催化降解性能的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:四氯化钛:乙醇:水=30:400:25,溶胶体系pH=7,掺铁量Fe:Ti=0.16,干凝胶在450℃煅烧2h,由此制成的TiO2纳米膜光催化降解炼焦厂废水的降解率超过79%。  相似文献

为改善ZnO薄膜的光学性质,采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了3层和6层ZnO基底上覆不同层数TiO_2修饰层的透明薄膜,分析TiO_2修饰层对薄膜晶体结构的影响。用不同工艺流程制备了覆TiO_2修饰层的ZnO基透明薄膜,研究非晶化出现的过程。结果表明:所有混合镀膜样品,其结晶性均受到阻碍,所得样品呈现出明显的非晶状态;非晶化的出现会对薄膜的光学性质产生显著影响。非晶化过程发生在样品制备过程中的预处理和退火阶段,其中退火过程中的非晶化更为主要。  相似文献
