乐果和三唑磷对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性研究 总被引：4，自引：2，他引：2
采用标准水生生物毒性检测法测定了不同浓度下有机磷农药乐果和三唑磷对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的急性毒性．结果表明,黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的死亡率随着乐果和三唑磷浓度的升高而增加,并呈显著的相关关系;在水温21～25℃条件下,乐果对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪48h、72h和96h的半致死浓度（LC50）分别为65．5mg／L、61．0mg／L和56．9mg／L,三唑磷对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪48h、72h和96h的半致死浓度（LC50）分别为3．07mg／L、2．34mg／L和1．70mg／L．显示了乐果和三唑磷对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪具有一定的危害作用． 相似文献

研究了不同浓度的镉（Cd2＋）对背角无齿蚌（Anodonta woodiana woodiana）肝脏和肌肉过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性的影响.结果表明：在Cd2＋浓度低于0.7 mg·L-1时对肌肉CAT活性起诱导作用,在Cd2＋浓度低于0.5 mg·L-1时对肝脏CAT活性起诱导作用,最大值出现在0.2 mg·L-1附近;而高浓度Cd2＋（高于0.8 mg·L-1）对CAT起抑制作用.灵敏度结果显示,低浓度Cd2＋胁迫下（0.1 mg·L-1）,肝脏CAT的诱导倍数高于肌肉.背角无齿蚌肝脏CAT对水环境中的重金属反应敏感,对重金属的早期污染有指示作用. 相似文献

采用急性毒性实验方法,研究了Cu2+对伸展摇蚊及黄色羽摇蚊的急性毒性.以死亡率、口器畸形率为观测指标,计算水体中Cu2+对摇蚊的半致死浓度（lethal concentration 50,LC50）.结果表明,Cu2+对三龄伸展摇蚊幼虫的24 h、48 h、96 h半致死浓度（LC50）分别为9.26 mg·L-1、3.81 mg·L-1、1.40 mg·L-1;对三龄黄色羽摇蚊的24 h、48 h、96 h半致死浓度（LC50）分别为19.11 mg·L-1、8.71 mg·L-1、2.72 mg·L-1.当Cu2+浓度为10 mg·L-1;20 mg·L-1、40 mg·L-1、80 mg·L-1、160 mg·L-1时,伸展摇蚊口器畸形率分别为5.00%、8.33%、15.00%、25.00%、33.33%、41.67%;黄色羽摇蚊口器畸形率分别为5.00%、6.77%、12.28%、18.75%、22.64%、25.00%.摇蚊幼虫死亡率及口器畸形率与Cu2+暴露浓度存在显著正相关. 相似文献

研究了外施浓度为0.01 mmol·L-1的亚精胺(Spd)对不同浓度镉(Cd2+)胁迫下荇菜(Nymphoides peltatum)叶片的叶绿体结构、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧阴离子(O-2)产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及保护酶--超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明,(1)Cd2+胁迫可使荇菜细胞的叶绿体结构遭到破坏,叶绿素含量减少.外施Spd则可有效地保护叶绿体结构,减少叶绿素的流失.(2)在单一Cd2+处理条件下,随着Cd2+浓度的升高,叶绿素含量呈现先升后降的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量则逐渐下降.外源Spd处理显著提高了二者的含量,并延缓了它们的下降速度.(3)在单一Cd2+处理条件下,SOD、POD和CAT活性分别在Cd2+浓度为1、1和2 mg·L-1时达到最高值,而后随着Cd2+浓度的增加其活性逐渐下降.外施Spd使它们的活性分别提高了5.8%、37.5%和3.3%,并降低了O-2产生速率和MDA的含量.上述结果表明,Spd增强了荇菜对Cd2+毒害的抗性,并在一定程度上缓解了Cd2+对荇菜的毒害. 相似文献

采用溶液培养方法,研究了硅对镉胁迫下水稻幼苗的解毒效应及其机制.Cd2+(4 mg·L-1)处理4 d后水稻幼苗出现明显的毒害症状,生物产量显著降低.然而,在镉溶液中添加30～180 mg·L-1SiO2后镉毒害症状减轻,生物产量显著提高.硅处理不仅极显著减少水稻含镉量和镉的吸收量,而且减少镉累积在地上部、地下部以及在叶、茎中的比值.硅处理后细胞壁中的镉占根中镉的比例增加,而镉在共质体和质外体中的比例显著减少.硅处理还使进入根细胞自由空间的镉更多地转化为交换态,使交换态镉与游离态镉的比值升高.这些结果表明,硅通过抑制水稻对镉的吸收和镉的向上运输,而增加镉在细胞壁中的沉积和自由空间中交换态镉的比重等途径缓解镉对水稻的毒害. 相似文献

萘乙酸(NAA)是植物生长发育过程中一类重要的调节激素,在植物生长发育中起着重要作用.以甘草种子为材料,利用0.01 mg·L-1、0.1 mg·L-1和1 mg·L-1三种不同浓度的萘乙酸溶液浸种分别处理不同时间.结果表明:萘乙酸对甘草种子活力起重要的作用,适当的萘乙酸的摄入能使甘草种子的活力有明显提高.不同萘乙酸溶液处理下的甘草种子活力差异比较大,0.01 mg·L-1萘乙酸溶液处理下的种子活力比0.1 mg·L-1和1 mg·L-1的高;从处理时间方面,处理36 h后的种子活力最高,且差异比较明显;并且在所有实验组中,以0.01 mg·L-1萘乙酸溶液处理36 h的甘草种子活力为最高. 相似文献

文中采用标准水生生物毒性测定方法研究了杀虫剂敌敌畏对中国林蛙蝌蚪的毒性效应．急性毒性实验结果表明,在水温22～24℃条件下,敌敌畏对中国林蛙蝌蚪24h、48h、72h的半致死浓度（LC50）和安全浓度（SC）分别为25．18、15．79、13．27和1．86ul／L,并且蝌蚪的死亡率随着敌敌畏浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而增大．亚急性毒性实验结果表明,在安全浓度下,敌敌畏污染仍可抑制中国林蛙蝌蚪的生长发育． 相似文献

在种子萌发的适宜温度25℃下,用不同浓度的中性盐Na2SO4浸泡甘草种子,结果显示:盐胁迫对甘草种子的萌发具有抑制作用.在低盐浓度范围(50～100 mmol·L-1)内,种子的发芽率随着Na2SO4溶液浓度的升高而降低;在高浓度范围(200 mmol·L-1和300 mmol·L-1)时,甘草种子的发芽率均为0,表明高浓度Na2SO4强烈抑制甘草种子的萌发;甘草种子在蒸馏水中生长最好.解除盐胁迫后,50 mmol·L-1和100 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4胁迫处理的种子萌发恢复率分别为6.8%和3.3%,高浓度200 mmol·L-1和300 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4胁迫处理的甘草种子萌发恢复率达51.1%和50.0%,说明甘草种子的萌发恢复率随着原盐浓度的增加呈升高趋势. 相似文献
