This paper is devoted to the fault detection of linear systems over networks with bounded packet loss. The inputs and the measurements of the monitored system are transmitted to a fault detection node over an unreliable network with bounded packet loss. The packet loss process is assumed to be arbitrary or Markovian in this paper. Due to the bounded packet loss process, the monitored system is modeled as a switched system by re-sampling it at each time instant when the measurements arrive at the fault detection node. A fault detection filter for this switched system is designed in this paper to satisfy some performance constraints. The filter updates only at the time instant when new measurements arrive at the fault detection node and the input data packets' lost are considered as external disturbances. Finally, the numerical example and simulations have demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper discusses the controller synthesis problem of a nonlinear networked controlled system subject to delays in the measurement and actuation channels. The communication through the network also suffers non-stationary packet dropouts. The bounded nonlinearities in the plant state satisfy Lipschitz conditions. A Lyapunov function is developed for the closed-loop system considering dynamic output feedback and the resulting stabilization conditions are drawn in the form of linear matrix inequalities to ensure that the system is exponentially stable in the mean-square sense. The developed conditions are represented in the form of a convex optimization problem and the results are tested by simulation on a quadruple-tank process.  相似文献

This paper addresses a robust tube based model predictive control (RTBMPC) strategy for tracking problem of piecewise affine (PWA) linear systems. The core idea of the RTBMPC strategy is to robustly control an uncertain system through its nominal system and an additional feedback term which rejects a bounded additive disturbance. In tracking problem, RTBMPC strategy should be capable to steer the uncertain system to a given setpoint fulfilling the constraints. But if the setpoint changes, the controller may not success due to the loss of feasibility of the optimization problem. This paper employs several novel features to deal with tracking problem. First, the tracking problem is converted into the regulation problem by introducing an extra system called regulation nominal system that its constraints are translated from tracking into regulation. It leads to a reduction in complexity of the objective function. Then, the feasibility region is enlarged for given setpoint without increasing the prediction horizon by changing the terminal constraint set at different steps of RTBMPC problem solving. Simulation examples, including two different case studies, are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed RTBMPC.  相似文献

This paper studies the asynchronous state fusion estimation problem for multi-sensor networked systems subject to stochastic data packet dropouts. A set of Bernoulli sequences are adopted to describe the random packet losses with different arriving probabilities for different sensor communication channels. The asynchronous sensors considered in this paper can have arbitrary sampling rates and arbitrary initial sampling instants, and may even sample the system non-uniformly. Asynchronous measurements collected within the fusion interval are transformed to the fusion time instant as a combined equivalent measurement. An optimal asynchronous estimation fusion algorithm is then derived based on the transformed equivalent measurement using the recursive form of linear minimum mean squared error (LMMSE) estimator. Cross-correlations between involved random variables are carefully calculated with the stochastic data packet dropouts taken into account. A numerical target tracking example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of asynchronous H filtering for singular Markov jump systems with redundant channels under the event-triggered scheme is studied. In order to save the resource of bandwidth limited network and improve quality of data transmission, we utilize event-triggered scheme and employ redundant channels. The redundant channels are modeled as two mutually independent Bernoulli distributed random variables. To formulate the asynchronization phenomena between the system modes and the filter modes, the hidden Markov model is proposed so that the filtering error system has become a singular hidden Markov jump system. The criterion of regular, causal and stochastically stable with a certain H performance for the filtering error system has been obtained. The co-design of asynchronous filter and the event-triggered scheme is proposed in terms of a group of feasible linear matrix inequalities. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the modeling and stabilization problem of networked control systems under simultaneous consideration of bounded packet dropouts and occasionally missing control inputs. In particular, the focus of the paper is to capture the case where the packet dropouts and control inputs missing are subject to multiple sampling periods, and not periodic as in existing results. By input-delay approach and then fully considering the probability distribution characteristic of packet dropouts in the modeling, the original linear system is firstly transformed to a switched stochastic time-delay system. Meanwhile, the probability distribution values of stochastic delay taking values in m(m ≥ 2) given intervals can be explicitly obtained, which is of vital importance to analyse the stabilization problem of considered system. Secondly, by means of the average dwell time technique, some sufficient conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities for the existence of desired stabilizing controller are derived. Finally, an illustrative example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed stabilizing controller and some less conservative results are obtained.  相似文献

The problem of modeling and stabilization of a wireless network control system (NCS) is considered in this paper, where packet loss and time delay exist simultaneously in the wireless network. A discrete-time switched system with time-varying delay model is first proposed to describe the system closed by a static state feedback controller. A sufficient criteria for the discrete-time switched system with time-varying delay to be stable is proposed, based on which, the corresponding state feedback controller is obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper presents a robust quasi-min–max model predictive control algorithm for a class of nonlinear systems described by linear parameter varying (LPV) systems subject to input constraints and unknown but bounded disturbances. The proposed control algorithm solves a semi-definite programming problem that explicitly incorporates a finite horizon cost function and linear matrix inequalities (LMI) constraints. For the purpose of the recursive feasibility of the optimization, the dual-mode approach is implied. Input-to-state stability (ISS) and quasi-min–max MPC are combined to achieve the closed-loop ISS of the controller with respect to the disturbance in LMI paradigm. Two examples of continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) and couple-mass-spring system are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

The H control problem is investigated in this paper for a class of networked control systems (NCS) with time-varying delay and packet disordering. A new model is proposed to describe the packet disordering phenomenon and then converted into a parameter-uncertain system with multi-step delay. Based on the obtained system model, a sufficient condition for robust stability of the NCS is derived. Furthermore, an optimization problem with linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) constraints is formulated to design the state feedback H controller such that the closed-loop NCS is robust stable and has an optimal H disturbance attenuation level. Finally, two illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the maximal perturbation bound problem for robust stabilizability of the fractional-order system with two-norm bounded perturbations or infinity-norm bounded perturbations. Firstly, a necessary condition and several sufficient conditions for robust stabilization are derived. Secondly, linear matrix inequality approaches for computing the maximal robust stabilizability perturbation bound of such perturbed fractional-order system with a linear state feedback controller, simultaneously obtaining the corresponding linear state feedback stabilizing controller are presented. With the help of the linear matrix inequality solvers, we can easily obtain the maximal robust stabilizability perturbation bound and the corresponding linear state feedback stabilizing controller. Finally, simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.  相似文献

针对不确定时滞相关广义系统的H∞鲁棒控制问题进行研究,目的是设计线性无记忆状态反馈控制器,使得对闭环系统所有的允许的不确定性正则、无脉冲、稳定且具有满意的H∞性能.将时滞相关广义系统的新有界实引理以严格的不等式线性矩阵方法给出,这些都是通过引入新的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函,使用詹森不等式得出的.其次,在新的有界实引理的基础上给出了(不确定)时滞相关广义系统的(鲁棒)控制器存在的充分条件.所得出的结果都以严格的线性矩阵不等式形式表示并且都是时滞相关的,未涉及系统矩阵的分解.最后,通过数值算例说明了该方法具有较小的保守性和有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, the H control problem is investigated for a class of networked control systems with network-induced delay. A memory event-triggered scheme (METS) is proposed to reduce the redundant packet transmission in the network channel. Different from the normal event-triggered scheme (ETS), some recent released packets are stored at the event generator and controller sides, which are utilized for the first time to generate the triggered events and design the memory-based controller. The proposed METS has the following two merits. (1) The information of certain recent released signals are first utilized, which helps to improve the triggering instants at the crest or trough of the responses. (2) A state-dependent time-varying threshold parameter is designed, which can adjust the packet transmission rate according to the information of the state. Based on the proposed METS, a memory event-triggered controller is designed, the controller feedback gains and triggering parameters can be co-designed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper develops a novel way to control nonstrict-feedback nonlinear systems by using only one approximator, namely a neural network (NN) or a fuzzy logic system (FLS), in the first step of backstepping, such that the computational simplicity is ensured. The bounded property of basis functions solves the “algebraic loop” problem. The double-channel event-triggered control (ETC) is completed both in sensor-to-controller (SC) and controller-to-actuator (CA) channels, where the separate triggering conditions are fabricated. To solve the “jumps of virtual control laws (JVCL)” problem bedeviling the backstepping combined with ETC, this paper opens an avenue while guaranteeing the closed-loop stability with the aid of undetermined virtual control laws.  相似文献

In this paper, the optimal model reference adaptive control (MRAC) problem is studied for the unknown discrete-time nonlinear systems with input constraint under the premise of considering robustness to uncertainty. Through an input constraint auxiliary system, a new adaptive-critic-based MRAC algorithm is proposed to transform the above problem into the optimal regulation problem of the auxiliary error system with lumped uncertainty. In order to realize the chattering-free sliding model control for the auxiliary error system, an action-critic variable is introduced into the adaptive identification learning. In this case, the closed-loop control system is robust to the disturbance and the neural network approximation error. The uniformly ultimate bounded property is proved by the Lyapunov method, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by a simulation example.  相似文献

This paper investigates the control problem for nonlinear networked control systems with global Lipschitz nonlinearities subject to output quantization and data packet dropout. The system states are unavailable and the outputs are quantized in a logarithmic form before transmitted through network. In the communication channel, two types of packet losses are considered simultaneously: (i) packet losses from sensor to controller and (ii) packet losses from controller to actuator, which are modeled as two independent Bernoulli distributed white sequences, respectively. Based on the proposed model, an observer-based controller is designed to exponentially stabilize the networked system in the sense of mean square, and sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller are established. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed technique.  相似文献

This paper addresses the tracking control problem of TCP/AWM network systems in presence of nonresponsive data flows of category user datagram protocol (UDP) flows. Firstly, a modified network system model is established by a certain suitable variable transformation, and then a fuzzy logic system (FLS) emulator is used to approximate the nonlinear terms in the network dynamics representation system. Secondly, inspired by the idea of the prescribed performance control (PPC), a novel finite-time performance function (NFTPF) is proposed. In turn, an adaptive finite-time congestion control strategy is designed by compatible usage as appropriate of a barrier Lyapunov function (BLF), the backstepping control synthesis, and an event-triggered mechanism. The proposed control strategy can not only make the tracking error to satisfy the pre-assigned transient and steady-state performance, but also ensure that all the closed-loop signals remain semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB). In addition, the designed congestion control strategy eliminates potential occurrence of Zeno behavior. A set of simulation results are presented to clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed methodological approach and the designed congestion controller.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel complex-valued neural network (CVNN) is proposed to investigate a nonlinear complex-variable nonconvex optimization problem (CVNOP) subject to general types of convex constraints, including inequality and bounded as well as equality constraints. The designed neural network is available to search the critical point set of CVNOP. In contrast with other related neural networks to complex-variable optimization problem, network herein contains fewer neurons and does not depend on exact penalty parameters. To our best knowledge, this is the first attempt to exploit the neural network to solve nonconvex complex-variable optimization problem. Furthermore, the presented network is also capable of solving convex or nonconvex real-variable optimization problem (RVNOP). Different from other existing neural networks for RVNOP, our network avoids the redundant computation of inverse matrix and relaxes some additional assumptions, comprising the objective function is bounded below over the feasible region or the objective function is coercive. Several numerical illustrations and practical results in beamforming provide the viability of the proposed network.  相似文献

In this paper, the networked stabilization of discrete-time periodic piecewise linear systems under transmission package dropouts is investigated. The transmission package dropouts result in the loss of control input and the asynchronous switching between the subsystems and the associated controllers. Before studying the networked control, the sufficient conditions of exponential stability and stabilization of discrete-time periodic piecewise linear systems are proposed via the constructed dwell-time dependent Lyapunov function with time-varying Lyapunov matrix at first. Then to tackle the bounded time-varying packet dropouts issue of switching signal in the networked control, a continuous unified time-varying Lyapunov function is employed for both the synchronous and asynchronous subintervals of subsystems, the corresponding stabilization conditions are developed. The state-feedback stabilizing controller can be directly designed by solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) instead of iterative optimization used in continuous-time periodic piecewise linear systems. The effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results is illustrated by numerical examples.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of composite control for a class of uncertain Markovian jump systems (MJSs) with partial known transition rates, multiple disturbances and actuator saturation. Compared with the existing results, a novel robust composite control scheme is put forward by virtue of adaptive neural network technique. For MJSs, the partial unknown information on transition rates and the actuator saturation influence the design of disturbance observer and the robust H controller. Firstly, without taking account of external disturbances, the network reconstruction error and saturation, a novel robust adaptive control strategy is established to ensure that all the signals of the closed-loop system are asymptotically bounded in mean square. Secondly, the solvability condition for ensuring the robust H performance is given by using a modified adaptive law, where the saturation is treated as a disturbance-like signal. Finally, the simulations for a numerical example and an application example are performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献
