困境儿童抗逆力社会工作发展至今,主要以政府和民间两种方式运作,围绕个案、小组、社区三种工作方法展开,并出现了服务力量地区性失衡、学校与社工合力欠缺、服务效果缺乏评估等问题。该文在上述问题加以思考论证的基础上建议,要加强对贫困农村地区困境儿童社会工作的支持力度,形成社区工作和学校教育的合力,优化对抗逆力提升社会工作的效果评估。  相似文献

对南京市996名小学教师工作压力来源情况的调查分析表明,小学教师的工作压力在工作负荷、人际关系、学生管理、心理需求、学校管理等五个向度上存在显著性差异,其中工作负荷与心理需求成为教师工作压力的主要来源。进一步分析发现,在专业领域中,教师的压力感并没有外界传媒宣传的那样强烈,教师的压力主要来自于外在因素,如教育政策、社会评价以及家长的要求等。  相似文献

The teaching and practice of research within the social work profession continually challenge both educators and practitioners due to the nature of existing attitudes, skills and resources. This paper describes the establishment of a Practice Research Center, which, as the joint endeavor of a medical center and a school of social work, was designed to stimulate and support practice-based research by students and staff. The pooling of hospital and university resources, close collaboration between educational and field personnel and participation of students, faculty and staff in "applied" research projects made research more relevant and feasible.  相似文献

School psychologists are increasingly engaged in service provisions for students eligible for special education services under the eligibility category of autism, including conducting school‐based assessments and evaluations. Evaluations occur for a variety of reasons such as special education eligibility decision‐making, treatment and intervention planning, and progress monitoring. Publications in school psychology journals emphasizing autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessment and evaluation are vital to quality training and practitioner utilization of quality practices. In the current study, researchers conducted a systematic review of publicaftions in 10 school psychology journals from 2007 to 2017 to assess the current state of ASD assessment and evaluation research in the field of school psychology. Implications for researchers, trainers, and practitioners are discussed.  相似文献

文章在对我国XX高校现有绩效考评现状进行调查分析的基础上,依据我国教学科研人员绩效考评指标体系,从能力素质、工作环境、工作过程、工作业绩等四个方面对该校教学科研人员进行360度全方位考评和数据分析。分析结果显示,该指标体系适合XX高校教学科研人员的绩效考评,其考评结果对该校教学科研人员的专业发展和绩效激励具有促进作用;与此同时,我们也发现XX高校在教学科研绩效管理等方面存在一些问题。另外,该指标体系的某些指标设置不合理、一些关键指标体现不明显以及某些指标标度描述不清晰,容易造成一些误解。总之,通过绩效考评的应用,改变了XX高校原来的"德、能、勤、绩"评价模式,提高了XX高校的人力资源管理水平。  相似文献

The paper draws on a study aiming to work with practitioners’ perspectives to support involvement through family services. Data were collected from a cluster sample of practitioners conducting father groups in south-west England. The paper focuses upon working with their perspectives. Two issues in their perspectives were associated with ‘masculinity’ and ‘blocks’ preventing father involvement. Using an interventionist-based method known as the ‘change laboratory’, conducted through a series of development work research (DWR) workshops, practitioners reflected on contradictions in their practice. Implications from the study suggest that, first, if practitioners identify contradictions with which they work, they can explore possibilities for developing their work. Second, being an involved father may be played out differently in terms of identity, according to social and cultural contexts. By implication, practitioners can help fathers to express themselves in several identities and support them in their understanding, through being part of a group.  相似文献

中小学实施综合素质评价可以促进学生全面发展,推进素质教育;改变教师评价观念,推动教学改革;变革考试评价制度,促进人才培养方式转变;优化学校整体工作,彰显学校办学特色;培养诚信意识,优化社会风气等。目前,中小学实施的综合素质评价还存在着价值偏差导致的目标与方法错位、权力分配造成的教育不公平、心理定势引发的抵制行为、实际障碍减弱改革的力度等问题。完善中小学综合素质评价需要加强沟通交流,淡化选拔功能;推进教育资源分配改革,建立监管机制;积极帮助引导,实施利益补偿;加快配套制度建设,减少信息损耗等。  相似文献

This article documents the collaborative research and development of an apprenticeship model of learning for the arts. It focuses on teachers working in partnership with artists and other creative practitioners. The model is rooted in theories of social learning and cognitive apprenticeship. It was developed and tested through collaborative research, some of it action research. The aim was to explore and test the model for appropriateness and for its impact on the learning of all participants (children, teachers, creative practitioners). The model was found to be useful as a guide to the organisation of children's learning in the arts. Moreover, using the model had a positive effect on the inclusion of children on the margins into wider school learning. The model was also useful in facilitating the professional development of the adults concerned: teachers, artists and others.  相似文献

Drawing on the theoretical work of the British sociologist Basil Bernstein, this paper documents how learning is structured and organised through play in three Early Years Education (EYE) settings catering for children aged three to five in England, UK. Its data address current issues raised within EYE research relating to ‘quality and high returns’ and ‘school readiness’ for compulsory education. The analyses reveal that multiple forms of play are evident in all three settings; however, they are afforded very different status and value in each, influenced by the assumptions practitioners [in this paper practitioner is used because this is what those working in the nursery settings viewed themselves as. Although we acknowledge that early childhood educator is perhaps a more common term in certain countries] make about children and their families’ knowledge and resources for learning. The effect of such processes is the reproduction of social class and cultural hierarchies inside EYE settings, reflecting those longstanding in wider UK society. Despite the best intentions of policy-makers and practitioners, EYE play as currently configured does not provide equal opportunities for all.  相似文献
