该套定心弹性涨夹具,是专为DW型外注式单体液压支柱油缸车削加工开发设计的,共两件,分别装于车床主轴和尾座锥孔之内。加工时,先将油缸装入主轴端定心弹性涨夹具上,然后将尾座端定心弹性涨夹具推入油缸内,再分别拧紧两端定心弹性涨夹具上的夹紧圆螺母,推动弹性涨套涨紧油缸,使油缸两端的车削加工在一次装夹中就可以完成。同时,油缸内径为珩磨表面,用该表面做装夹基准面,精度较高,使油缸车削加工时的定位基准与油缸零件的设计基准重合,消除了因装夹而产生的基准转换误差,提高了油缸车削加工时的装夹精度,从而有效地保证了油缸车削加工的尺寸精度和形位公差的要求。 相似文献
